Meanwhile, Isabella learns El Toto's true identity, an identity which both surprises and pleases her.

The scenes of insane church ladies tar and feathering the dance hall girls can not be described. The director attempts to push some Giallo tropes in the movie and it works. Should be watched for the experience.

Some time later Marie-Angélique, now Duchess of Fontanges, dies mysteriously aged only twenty...
