If you've ever seen a war picture, sci-fi epic or western from the 1940s or 1950s, then you've seen Thomas Browne Henry, and more than once. Along with Morris Ankrum, Henry is probably the army officer most responsible for helping Earth drive off hordes of invading outer-space monsters, aliens and other unwelcome intruders. His stocky build, sharply etched face, commanding voice and no-nonsense, get-down-to-business style were just right for the scores of generals, colonels, bankers, political leaders and other authority figures he played over his long and prolific career. Born in California, he had a very successful career as a stage actor and director, and was closely associated with the renowned Pasadena Playhouse, before breaking into films in 1948 (his brother, William Henry, was also an actor) and played a succession of cops, sheriffs, district attorneys, professors and, of course, army officers over the next 20+ years. He finally retired in 1970 and went back to his first love, the theater, again back to the Pasadena Playhouse. He died in 1980.- Actress

After thirty years in the music business as a producer, publisher, and independent record company owner, Dean felt it was time for a change of professions. Staying true to his creative side, he wrote a baseball-related novel, Pinch Hitter, which was published in 2008, and then moved on to screen writing. In the fall of 2011 he decided to take the plunge into indie filmmaking and began to plot out his first effort as a writer, producer, and director: a short horror film entitled "The Body Bag", which was completed in June, 2012. Shortly afterwards, Dean, along with his actress wife, Judy, formed their own production company, Undaunted Films, and plan on producing one film per year. First up is the supernatural thriller "Ghostline", which was shot in the Spring and Summer of 2013 and is slated for a 2014 release. Their next project is a full length feature version of their award winning short film, "The Body Bag", entitled "Curse of the Bokor".- Animation Department

Robert Dettloff is known for Hercules (1997), Atlantis: The Lost Empire (2001) and Lilo & Stitch (2002). Robert died on 3 June 2010 in La Mesa, California, USA.- Frederica Sagor Maas was born in America, the youngest daughter of Russian immigrants. Feeling no great desire to complete her course in journalism at Columbia University, New York, she found film an exciting new artistic medium, and was hired by Universal Studios as a story editor, and later MGM as a fully fledged screenwriter. Thus began a bumpy life in the film industry. Maas went from rubbing shoulders with stars such as Clara Bow, Norma Shearer, and Joan Crawford and being at the top of her game with hits like The Plastic Age (1925) to watching several ideas and stories being robbed outright by unscrupulous insiders, to watching dear friends lose their careers in the McCarthy era, and eventually leaving the motion picture industry in the 1950s after a series of crushing disappointments. She married fellow writer and producer Ernest Maas in 1927, and honoured his commitments to the industry long after she realised it would take from them far more than they would take from it. She recounted these adventures in her clear-eyed, frank autobiography, published in 1999 - when she was 99! They say that history is written by the winners, but her story proves that the tales of the also rans can be just as fascinating.

- Lawrence Julihn was born in Virginia City, Nevada. He was mostly raised in the Washington, DC area. In 1933 he received an appointment to the US Naval Academy at Annapolis. He graduated in 1937. After a brief tour in the surface fleet, he went to submarine school in January 1940. Upon graduation he was assigned to the brand new submarine USS Thresher (SSN 200). After her shakedown cruise she was sent to Hawaii.
In October 1941, the USS Thresher was sent on patrol with secret orders to attack Japanese war ships if they were seen headed toward Hawaii. USS Thresher was returning to Pearl Harbor on the morning of December 7th, 1941 when the Japanese attack. Since they were heading toward the harbor, they were believed to be the enemy and were attacked by their own ships and planes.
Larry Julihn was one of the few officers aboard USS Thresher early in the war to survive. Experienced officers tended to get transferred to new submarines as they joined the fleet. The other officers portrayed in the "End of the Line" episode were all lost. Larry commanded the USS Shad later in the war. He completed 13 submarine war patrols which is believed to the most of any US Submarine officer. He was awarded the Silver Star 3 times.
Larry continued in the Navy until he retired in1957. The family moved to San Diego where he resided until his death on February 20th, 2001.
