A man has an inner dialogue with himself and others about where to find purpose in life. Some propose pleasure and self-seeking as the answer. After finding those arguments wanting, he wonders if human life itself is futile. Then, in a dialogue with Fr. Kieser, he considers the Christian answer in the love of God and others.
