- The gang meets up with wildcard winner, Chaz Chaffee, at the water park to officially give him his ticket to Grenade Games as well as try out indoor surfing.

- Danny's ex arrives for the Mountain Creek stop of the tour, where the crew does some snowboarding before judging the contest.
- The gang heads to NJ for Danny's hometown stop and sessions some local wood rails, and Dingo returns to NY for a Valentine's date.
- The gang kicks off the tour with Danny competing at the X-Games in Aspen, Colorado. We are introduced to Kevin Casillo, Kirsten, Danny, The Dingo, and Big Vern, their dog.
- Danny makes a spur of the moment decision to go to New York City, for the Union Square Rail jam. Dingo hosts the event, and this is where viewers are introduced to Grenade Team rider and newest member of the tour, Lucas Magoon.
- With the snowboard season behind them, Danny, Dingo, and the boys decide to take part in a 3,000-mile road race from Los Angeles to Miami Beach in the Gumball Rally, using the Grenade RV as their entry.
- The gang is stopped in Amsterdam when it's found out that Lucas has a women's passport. Scotty wins best trick at the World Cup Big Air comp. with a double backflip 360.
- Danny, Scotty, and Lucas get on their boards for the first time of the season, and do a photoshoot for Maxim Korea. Then it's off to Mt. Fuji in Japan for a costume contest and some nightime shenanigans.
- Danny's got food poisoning at the hotel in Spain, but the rest of the team needs to solidify their qualifications for the 2010 Olympics by competing at the World Cup Halfpipe. Kevin and Dingo hit up some skate spots in Barcelona and partake in a little "Teen Wolf" inspired surfing skills on the ride home.
- Fresh off the US Open win, the Grenade crew heads to Whistler, BC for the 5th annual Grenade Games. Dave Fortin has a near-deadly slam.
- The Grenade Team leaves Spain for Stratton Mountains, VT, but learns they have no place to stay. But that doesn't stop Danny from trying to 5-peat the nest day at the US Open halfpipe competition.
- Danny, Dingo, Scotty, Lucas, and Tom Tom kick off the season in Korea with Afro Mike. Someone gets so drunk that he allows the crew to hit golf balls off him on the hotel roof to apologize for his actions.
- The crew heads down to Paxson, Alaska for Arctic Man, which turns out to be a glorified trailer park. The Miss. Arctic Man beauty contest, snowboarding, guns, beer, and ammo salvage what otherwise could have been a boring event.
- The Dingo pulls a frontside 720 melon in Dachstein, which earns him $500. Danny Kass joins a party to celebrate National Lederhosen Day.
- The guys enter Canada on their way to Grenade games and stop for sled dog racing. Things get delayed when Danny abandons Dingo on the side of the road and the trailer flies off the RV.
- Grenade Team kicks off their European Vacation by flying to the French Alps for the Kumi Yama snowboard competition. A huge fight erupts when Danny throws water on the Dingo while he's sleeping.
- The team finds the biggest jumps of the trip on a glacier in Italy where Eero goes huge. Dingo milks a goat in Switzerland and the boys say goodbye to Louie Vito and Eero Niemela.
- Danny Kass and the Dingo are in a Japan competition in the Kumi Yama snowboard competition. The Dingo ditches the competition and Danny suffers a bad injury.
- It's the last day of the trip and Dingo, Tom and Dustin are targets for paintball-wakeboarding. They all hit the glacier for the last day of riding.
- Danny Kass hits the Bright trade show while Dingo goes to Poland. Danny tags the Berlin Wall and everyone joins a parade in the streets.
- The fourth season premiere opens with the Grenade team driving 3,000 miles to tailgate Alaska, where they soon realize that their lack of experience and supplies is putting their lives in serious risk.
- The day starts off rough for Dingo, when his sensitive stomach causes him to vomit during the night.
- Danny and the Dingo take a trip to Odessa, Texas to compete in a trophy truck race. The guys start getting nervous when they realize that this type of racing is extremely dangerous and their driver has a bad history of wrecking.
- The crew surfs with Shane Pospisil in New Jersey, and Danny visits his parents. Plus, Grenade rider Scotty Lago is picked up.
- The crew heads to Cleveland, and Goon's annoying antics earn repercussion.
- Willis clashes with a bouncer at the Denver premiere before the crew sets off for Cedar Point where they celebrate Danny's birthday. Also, Playboy Playmate Heather gets the boot.

- The fifth season premiere opens with Danny and The Dingo beginning their mission to "Spread the Shred" across the globe by living with the Blackfeet Indian tribe in Montana.
- After a long night Dingo decides to go to the hospital, and the crew faces crisis when the RV starts to have major problems.
- The Grenade Team continues their cultural exchange with the Blackfeet Indians and is given their Indian Name. Before leaving the boys must face their fears in the Sweat Lodge.
- Danny and The Dingo head to the Arctic Circle, but Dingo's mistake causes them to get split up in different countries. While waiting to meet-up with Danny, Dingo enters one of the crew in the World Beard and Moustache Championships in Norway.
- Danny and the rest of the Grenade Team meet back up with The Dingo in Norway. They continue Spreading the Shred by celebrating Norwegian Constitution Day and living with Vikings.
- The boys continue their cultural exchange with the Vikings by participating in traditional games and journeying into a secret cave called Magic Mountain. The crew then heads to meet Tom Toms family in Norway.
- The boys hit the next stop on their cultural exchange in Dubai. They start their trip by visiting a local water park where Tom Tom loses a bet and is forced to eat brain. Danny tries to prevent Dingo from getting swindled in Old Town Dubai.
- The gang heads out to see a camel race and ends up getting closer to the action than they had expected. Next they head deep into the desert on a safari.
- Deep in the Costa Rican jungle, Danny, The Dingo and the crew get a taste of the tough life of the indigenous Crab People, while a tropical storm threatens to maroon them all.
- Danny, Dingo and the crew continue their search for Costa Rica's most dangerous animals: sharks, crocodiles, and the local girls at ladies night.
