Two Turkish agents, who also happen to be engaged, are assigned to the case - Enver, a policeman, and Meral, a beautiful spy. Meral goes undercover in Zakof's gang as a secretary. Fu Manchu holds captive a professor who knows how to find the dagger. He misleads Fu Manchu and is mortally wounded. Before dying, he passes the critical information to his son Murat. The dagger's hiding place is inscribed on two pieces of a cross. A priest holds one part and knows where to get the other part. Murat agrees to work with Enver and his partner Orhan to get the dagger. Enver and Murat are captured by Zakof. Enver escapes by faking his death while wearing a bullet-proof vest. Meral tries to free Murat, but the pair are taken from Zakof by Fu Manchu. Enver dons his Superman costume to spring Meral and Murat free. It doesn't work. Enver and Murat are dropped into a cell and gassed. Luckily, Orhan arrives to assist them. Murat goes to the priest. He gets the first part of the cross and the instructions for obtaining the second part in a graveyard. Meanwhile, Enver, as Superman, tries to release Meral from Fu Manchu. He and Meral are trapped. Murat arrives as a second Superman to help them escape. They dig up the second cross piece and learn that the dagger is in a cave at Devil's Cliff. The dagger is found but both Zakof and Fu Manchu have followed them. Enver has to best the two, evil rivals to successfully complete the mission for Turkish officials.
