- Noisemaker Media Presents "Downsideup" by Ominchild, Directed by Mark Carranceja. Ominchild returns to the scene with a new sense of purpose and determination to establish himself as a recording artist with crossover potential. In this visual piece, Ominchild showcases his abilities as an emcee as well as a bonafide vocalist while rocking over a soulful Snake Eyes-produced beat. Director Mark Carranceja, a South Brooklyn native, avoids the cliche trappings of photographing Coney Island like a novice and captures the essence of the environment in a way as if he has lived there his entire life. Da Circle continues to establish itself as a formidable duo in the indie Hip Hop scene and the pillars of Immortal Technique's Viper imprint. Not only does Mark Carranceja serve as the director of the video, but also provides the sonic soundtrack for Da Circle on Imagination. Carranceja comes full circle (no pun intended) with his music production roots, a craft that many do not know he has been immersed in for over 10 years. This video is the first in a series of collaborative entries between Da Circle and director Mark Carranceja.
- Noisemaker Media and ReadNex Poetry Squad Present "A Tree Grows In A Place Called Home." The 2nd video off ReadNex's "Day Before Sound" LP, "A Tree Grows In A Place Called Home" is a song that showcases the group's New York City roots. Baron of Red Clay joins the ReadNex on this song as he skillfully croons and raps on this Charlie Graham-produced track. Free-flowing and Decora trade verses that paint a picture of a city through childhood memories. "Home" is a classic reminisce track that reflects on a time when the citizens of New York defined the soul and character of the city.
