Andrew Lincoln is a British actor. Lincoln spent his early childhood in Hull, Yorkshire before his family relocated to Bath, Somerset when he was age 10. He was educated at Beechen Cliff School in Bath, and then the prestigious Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. His father is a civil engineer and his mother is a nurse
Lincoln's first big break came when he was cast as Edgar 'Egg' Cook in the popular UK drama series This Life (1996). Various roles followed including that of teacher Simon Casey in the Channel 4 series Teachers (2001), and as Mark in the hit film Love Actually (2003). In 2010, he was cast in The Walking Dead (2010), a live action drama series based on the comic of the same name. Lincoln plays the lead character of Rick Grimes.
Lincoln is married to Gael Anderson, his father-in-law is legendary musician Ian Anderson of Jethro Tull fame.RICK GRIMES - English actor Andrew Lincoln has surprisingly taken up the role of officer Rick Grimes in "The Walking Dead" series. His character shall continue to develop into his darker side with next events from upcoming seasons. His voice has become the voice of reason, and his decision makings have given him the most leadership amongst the group. After his best friend's murder and soon to be born child. Rick will become the weapon everyone in the group will need. And a bigger man than his best friend ever was.
FUN FACT: Rick is the first character in the television series to directly kill a living person (namely Dave) after the apocalypse. Shane was the first character overall who caused the death of a living character (Otis).
A QUOTE FROM RICK: "Things are different now. There's only white meat and dark meat. There's us and the dead. We survive this by pulling together, not apart."- Actor

Jon Bernthal was born and raised in Washington D.C., the son of Joan (Marx) and Eric Bernthal, a lawyer. His grandfather was musician Murray Bernthal. Jon went to study at The Moscow Art Theatre School, in Moscow, Russia, where he also played professional baseball in the European professional baseball federation. While in Moscow, he was noticed by the director of Harvard University's Institute for Advanced Theatre Training at the American Repertory Theatre and was invited to obtain his M.F.A there. After graduating in 2002 he has performed in over 30 plays regionally and off-Broadway including many with his own award-winning theatre company Fovea Floods. He now lives in Venice, California with his dog, Boss.SHANE WALSH - The character of Shane has been greatly portrayed by actor Jon Bernthal. Whether Shane has a head of hair or is shaved, he carries the persona of Shane from the comic books perfectly. I loved the shaved head concept (which was not featured in the comic books) for really representing the end of Shane's humanity, looking into his reflection in the mirror. His death in my case was sad, he even had the sad face of a zombie after his reanimation. So far my favorite death and reincarnation to date.
FUN FACT: After the death of Shane, the rapid flashes of zombie mayhem represent the storm in Shane’s brain (to some extent). Andrea's sister Amy from Season 1 was a weaker character. Shane is in a murderous rage, in which explains why he reanimated quicker than Amy.
A QUOTE FROM SHANE: "Hell man, if you think about it, in the cold light of day, you are pretty much dead already."- Addy Miller started her career as a child model at the age of four, acting later followed, but she didn't get her first big break until the age eight when she won the role of Young Lily (Dakota Fanning) in "The Secret Life of Bees". After setting foot on that set, she knew this was what she was meant to do with her life. Addy's most recognized work is on AMC's original series "The Walking Dead," cast as the Little Girl/Teddy Bear Walker in the pivotal opening scene that set the tone for the entire show. Fans of the show have raved her scene as "Best Kill", "Shock of the Week", "Zombie of the Week", and declared Addy as an "Instant Horror Legend".
Addy's most memorable on-set moments on "The Walking Dead" were receiving personal direction from the great Frank Darabont, working closely with award-winning make-up artist Greg Nicotero, talking with producer Gale Anne Hurd, and hanging with actors Andrew Lincoln and Sarah Wayne Callies. Addy is so proud of having opted to do her own stunts and doing them well. Mr. Darabont was delighted with the result! Her character was later named "Summer" in The Walking Dead Social Game on Facebook, which also served as her character's back story.
Since filming her part on "The Walking Dead", Addy has been making numerous public appearances on behalf of the show, mainly at horror and comic conventions all over the US and recently over the globe. Some of her favorite spots have been Italy and Germany. This has quickly become a favorite activity of hers and her family. Addy gets to reunite with other cast members, as well as meet the amazing Walking Dead fans!
In the Spring and Summer of 2014, Addy also shot "June" with (fellow Walking Dead cast mate) Kennedy Brice and Casper Van Dien; and she had the lead role as Luna in her first children's movie "Sugar Skull Girls". In 2015, "Dark Places" was released and Addy played as young Krissi Cates. This film stars Charlize Theron, Chloe Grace Moretz, Nicholas Hoult, Christina Hendricks, Drea DE Matteo and more. Based on a novel by Gillian Flynn, this movie hit the theaters worldwide.
Some favorite roles of Addy's include her first lead role, Mary Jane in "Death and Mary Jane", a short; "Remnants" with Tom Sizemore, Wilber Fitzgerald, Adam Minarovich, and Robert Pralgo (she played Pralgo's daughter Melissa), and "Bad Blood: The Hatfields and McCoys" as Alifair McCoy. Although it was very cold on set, she enjoyed her time in Kentucky bonding with the cast and crew. "Bad Blood" stars Christian Slater, Jeff Fahey, Perry King, and Priscilla Barnes, to name a few of the well-rounded cast.
Addy's love for acting goes beyond the roles in front of the camera. When she was young, she began requesting crew work and delved into the technical work behind the scenes. The crews were instructional, showing Addy how they did their work. When she was home, she reviewed movies and studied how the actors react to certain situations. Addy considers herself a darker actress and likes dramas and tough emotional scenes.
On a personal note, Addy attends North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC. Addy is pursuing a degree in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations. She plans to add a minor in Journalism and has successfully made the Dean's List every term. Because of that accomplishment, Addy was asked to join National Honor Fraternity Phi Sigma Pi - Beta Delta, where she is the PR Chair.
Additionally, a fun fact about Addy is that her role model is Taylor Swift, whom she finally got to meet privately at a concert in 2018. Addy is often told she looks like Taylor Swift, which, of course, she loves!
Addy's film "Behind You" hit theaters and digital release both nationally and internationally in 2020. Addy spent four wonderful weeks in Salt Lake City, Utah filming. Addy plays the Lead Role of "Olivia" along side Jan Broberg and Elizabeth Birkner. Directed by Andrew Mecham and Matthew Whedon.
During Addy's senior year in college, she was lucky enough to get to work with Emma Roberts in "Abandoned", which hit theaters and digital release in 2022. This film was shot only 45 minutes away from her university and was primarily night shoots, so she was able to fit filming into her calendar.LITTLE GIRL WALKER - Easily one of my favorite openings out of all of the episodes, more importantly my favorite opening to any TV series. Directed by creator Frank Darabont, he really captures the entire episode right out of the pages from the comic. With the twists involving Morgan's wife and the ending tank. The little girl walker is the first walker we see killed, and in just a handful of minutes, the world becomes a walking nightmare. While filming the opening scene, actress Addy Miller's makeup from applying to removing off, took up to 10 hours altogether. Two thumbs up for the 10 year old Addy!
FUN FACT: Made to stand out like an innocent child still, the little girl walker is seen wearing a pink robe, two white bunny slippers, and holding a silver bear. After she's shot in the head with her back hitting the pavement she loses a bunny slipper and drops her bear. - Actor

He is a former volunteer for the Star Eco Center in Culver City, CA, ( a rescue center and shelter for abandoned animals) and former youth ambassador for the US Forestry Commission's national campaign aimed at re-connecting people with nature.DUANE JONES - At this early stage of the series, Duane is the first child we see living in fear under a roof of boards and nails. His father is broken over his wife's death, his mother walks with the undead. The future for them is unknown and can defer from the comics in every way. Their encounter with Rick has been the most welcoming so far in two seasons. Much like the character Rick, hope holds their world together.
FUN FACT: The name "Duane Jones" was the author's homage to the African-American actor of the same name who was the main protagonist in Night of the Living Dead (1968).

Lennie James was born in Nottingham to Trinidadian parents, and grew up in South London. His mother, Phyllis Mary James, died when he was 12. Lennie and his older brother went into a council children's home. When he was 16 he was fostered with a social worker who had two older children, and they remain very close. Within a year Lennie began writing plays (Storm Damage was broadcast by the BBC in 2000 and won a Royal Television Society (RTS) award in 2001). Lennie received his training at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama from which he graduated in 1988.MORGAN JONES - Without the help of Morgan, Rick would be dead and these next hardships to come would have never existed. Not only is Morgan an honest man, he's also a devoted father much like Rick. I think only in the first episode was it much more simple to have man against walkers. Instead we're given the 'Walking Dead, which refers to the living survivors and not the walkers throughout the series.
FUN FACT: So far, Morgan is the true equivalent of his novel counterpart. But instead of Jenny (his wife) being the zombie he had trouble with killing in the show, it was his son Duane in the books.
A QUOTE FROM MORGAN: "Listen one thing. They may not seem like much one at a time, but in a group all riled up and hungry... man, you watch your ass."- Actress

Lilli Birdsell was born on 22 September 1972 in the USA. She is an actress and writer, known for Once Upon a Crime (2009), Palm Springs (2020) and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (2013).BICYCLE WALKER/HANNAH - Although we are given no clear definition of what her name is and who she was. The Webisodes circle the life and death behind the crawling bicycle walker. Her shot to the head is the one moment that makes Rick more human than most. The walker that Rick encounters in the tank at the end of the episode "Days Gone Bye", is played by actor Sam Witwer. The intention was to have a webisode showing how Atlanta fell and how Witwer's character died in the tank. This webisode never materialized since creator Frank Darabont was let go from the show.
FUN FACT: Hannah was the central character in the Webisodes where as in the television series; she plays a minor role. She is still mentioned throughout both Season 1 and Season 2 on numerous occasions by Rick.

Actor, director, and writer Sarah Wayne Callies most recently starred in the ABC series "The Company You Keep". On the comedy front, Sarah appeared as Anita Dyck in the breakout comedy series, "Letterkenny." Prior to that, Sarah starred in the NBC series "Council Of Dads." Sarah is best known for nuanced and complex leading roles in hit television series including the USA series "Colony," as Lori Grimes in the AMC mega-hit "The Walking Dead", and on FOX's "Prison Break" as Sara Tancredi. Sarah also starred in the critically acclaimed NatGeo limited series, "The Long Road Home," based on the Martha Raddatz book of the same name.
Sarah led the Sundance TV/CBC limited series, "Unspeakable," where she also kept into directing. Sarah also directed an episode of the final season of "Colony." Since then, Sarah has directed several episodes of "The Good Doctor," the CBS hit "Fire Country," "Family Law," and most recently Netflix's "Firefly Lane."
As a film actress, Sarah appeared in Giancarlo Esposito's "The Show," opposite Josh Duhamel and Famke Jannsen, 20th Century Fox's "The Other Side of the Door," Voltage Pictures' "Pay the Ghost," opposite Nicolas Cage, Warner Brothers' and Broken Road's geo-thriller, "Into the Storm," and "Black November" opposite Mickey Rourke and Kim Basinger.
Expanding her passion for storytelling, Sarah is the creator, writer, director, and voice of the science fiction, post-apocalyptic scripted podcast "Aftershock," the second season of which released in April of last year from iHeart radio. Most recently, Sarah launched her podcast "Prison Breaking" which she co-hosts with Paul Adelstein - a rewatch podcast for FOX's, "Prison Break"." As a writer, Sarah has several screenplays in development with various television and motion picture entities.
Sarah is a dual-citizen of the United States and Canada.LORI GRIMES - Lori is probably the most devastating character in this TV series. She loves a husband whom she thought was dead. Makes a commitment with her body to a man who saved her life. Also, raising an impressionable boy in a world only raised from the dead. I think the birth of her second child will be the Lori we all want to see. At that moment she only will be in love with one man and one family.
FUN FACT: Though unintentionally, Lori's last words with Shane before his departure in both the comic and television series, may have fueled Shane to start a final confrontation with Rick. In the final two episodes of Season 2, it is evident that Lori realizes she does in fact love Shane.
A QUOTE FROM LORI: "We need time to mourn, and we need to bury our dead."- Actor

Chandler Riggs was born on 27 June 1999 in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. Chandler is an actor and producer, known for The Walking Dead (2010), A Million Little Things (2018) and Only (2019).CARL GRIMES - I would say Carl has probably one of the most interesting roles of all. He differs from his comic character to a point, but has become a bit more darker as he should. His closest friend died with Sophia, and the walking dead father figure he had looked up to for so long, Carl shoots in the head. As much as people want to say he causes the most deaths amongst the remaining survivors. I believe with upcoming seasons, we're going to see a much more mature Carl follow in his father's foot steps. Actor Chandler Riggs continues to give a great performance.
FUN FACT: In the comic, Carl killed Shane while he was alive to defend his father. And Rick killed his reanimated self. But in the TV series, Rick kills Shane during a forced confrontation with him. And a shaken Carl, shoots his reanimated zombie to defend Rick.
A QUOTE FROM CARL: "Everything's food for something else."- Jeffrey DeMunn was born on April 25, 1947 in Buffalo, New York. He studied in England at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, then returned to America and was a member of the National Shakespeare Company. He has starred in many theatre productions, both on and off Broadway, including "K2" (for which he received a Tony Award nomination for Best Actor), "Spoils of War" and "Comedians".
He is known as a favorite of director Frank Darabont, who has cast him in all four of his films: "The Shawshank Redemption" (1994), "The Green Mile" (1999), "The Majestic" (2001) and "The Mist" (2007).
He has appeared in such films as "The Blob" (1988), "The X-Files: Fight the Future" (1998), "Hollywoodland" (2006), "Burn After Reading" (2008) and such television shows as "Hill Street Blues" (1981), "Kojak: The Price of Justice" (1987), "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" (1999) and "The Walking Dead" (2010-2012), the latter developed by Frank Darabont and based on the eponymous comic book series created by Robert Kirkman and Tony Moore.DALE HORVATH - It was so painful to watch the character of Dale die in the open field. I feel like he's become one of the most unused characters from the comic book series thus far. I know they're trying out new directions, as they have with the death of Sophia. I guess all of us fans just look forward to next season. Actor Jeffrey DeMunn (who has played in every Frank Darabont movie) shall be greatly missed. Even Dale's RV has passed away in the giant Season 2 finale barn fire.
FUN FACT: In the Second Season, Of the 3 original survivors, Dale is the only one who did not reanimate after death. Shane reanimated after Rick stabbed him in the chest, and Sophia got lost in the woods, and after bit in the neck by a Walker, was found in the barn and then shot by Rick.

Emma Jean Bell (born December 17, 1986) was born in Woodstown, New Jersey, grew up in Flemington and the Stanton section of Readington Township and attended Hunterdon Central Regional High School. She moved to New York City at the age of 16. She attended Talent Unlimited High School Performing Arts High School on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Her mother, Theresa Horan, was a producer for 60 Minutes and her father, Robert M. Bell, owns Green Birdie Productions, a full-service video production company in Lambertville, New Jersey. He was also a reporter, videographer and writer-producer for WWOR-TV. Her brother, Chase Sterling Bell, is a musician.
Bell began her acting career in an Off-Broadway cabaret show in New York at the age of 12. She made her screen debut in 2004, in the episode of NBC drama series Third Watch (1999). She later appeared on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (1999), and in 2006 starred in the short-lived The WB television series The Bedford Diaries (2006).
In 2010, Bell starred as Parker O'Neill, one of the main characters in the film Frozen (2010). The film has received positive reviews from critics and in same year she named one of the "55 Faces of the Future" in Nylon's young Hollywood issue. She appeared in Hatchet II (2010), in which she reprised Parker O'Neill in an uncredited cameo. Also in 2010, Bell portrayed the role of Amy, the younger sister of Andrea in Season 1 of the AMC drama series The Walking Dead (2010). In 2011, Bell starred as Molly Harper, the female lead character, in the thriller-horror film Final Destination 5 (2011).AMY - Actress Emma Bell has had a career in small part roles both in TV and movies. Her role as the baby sister to Andrea I think has always been a favorite one. It's the first time we see face-to-face with someone who's come back from the dead. The look in her eyes without any make up appliances done to her, tell us a story. A lesson to the rest of the remaining group, that nothing lasts forever.
FUN FACT: According to her sister Andrea, Amy is a kid to still like things such as dragons, unicorns and especially mermaids.

Laurie Holden is best known to audiences as Andrea in the hit AMC drama series The Walking Dead. However, Laurie's big acting break came much earlier in her career, starring with Vanessa Redgrave in the critically acclaimed TNT mini-series Young Catherine. Since that auspicious beginning, she has appeared in several groundbreaking television series, including seminal roles on FOX's The X-Files, FX's The Shield, and currently FX's The Americans. Holden's big screen debut found her starring alongside Jim Carrey in Frank Darabont's The Majestic. The 1950's period piece earned Holden critical acclaim and a place on Entertainment Weekly's "100 Most Creative People in Entertainment" list and Variety's "Ten Actors To Watch" list. Laurie entered the comic book world when she co-starred opposite Michael Chiklis in Fox's Fantastic Four and then ventured into the gamer genre with her starring role as the iconic Cybil Bennett opposite Sean Bean in Christophe Gans' cult horror classic Silent Hill. She also starred with Thomas Jane and Marcia Gay Harden in Stephen King's sci-fi thriller The Mist and in the Farrelly Brothers' Dumb and Dumber To with Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels. She will soon be seen in Adam MacDonald's Pyewacket with Nicole Munoz and will be voicing the role of "Dakota" in the animated feature Arctic Justice: Thunder Squad. In 2011, Holden received two Best Supporting Actress nominations for her work on The Walking Dead: one from Spike TV's Scream Awards and another from the Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy and Horror Films' Saturn Awards. She won the Saturn Award for Best Supporting Actress for The Walking Dead in 2013. Earlier in her career, she also received a Best Actress nomination from the Genie Awards (Canada's equivalent to the Emmys) for her guest- starring role on the Canadian comedy hit Due South. In 2014, Holden executive produced her first motion picture: Rebecca Johnson's critically acclaimed film Honeytrap, which garnered a nomination at the London Film Festival, received U.S distribution through Ava DuVernay's film collective ARRAY, and can currently be streamed on Netflix. Laurie is also an Executive Producer on The Time of Their Lives (Bright Pictures/Daryl Prince Productions) starring Dame Joan Collins, Pauline Collins, Franco Nero and Joely Richardson. The film will be distributed by Universal in most world markets, starting with its 2017 cinema release in the UK on March 10th. Holden is also a human rights activist, and dedicates much of her time and effort to enriching and protecting the lives of women and children victimized by the sex trade. Through her philanthropic work with Operation Underground Railroad (O.U.R.) a non-profit organization dedicated to eradicating modern day slavery, she volunteered in the field in Cartagena, Colombia with O.U.R. on a mission that helped liberate 55 young sex slaves and brought down notorious sex trafficker Marcus Bronschidle. The successful sting operation was featured on ABC's Nightline and is the subject of an upcoming documentary entitled The Abolitionists. Holden serves on the Board of Alamasi Collaborative Arts, a Zimbabwean dramatic arts collaborative. She also actively supports HomeFromHome, a South African non-profit NGO that provides shelter and education for orphans infected and afflicted by HIV.ANDREA - Actress Laurie Holden makes quite the Andrea sharp shooter. One of my known favorite actresses to be cast in "The Walking Dead". The actress never disappoints and has always done great work in her darker films such as "Silent Hill" and "The Mist". I think we'll continue to see the character Andrea grow as the seasons progress. The death of her sister and suicidal attempt I think will be the tools to push her forward. According to Andrea, she says she misses her "Benz", "Sat-Nav", and her "Vibrator" the most.
FUN FACT: In the TV series, Andrea is considerably older than her comic book counterpart by about 10 years.

Steven Yeun was born in Seoul, South Korea, to June and Je Yeun. His family first immigrated to Canada and stayed there for one year, and then moved to the U.S. He has a brother named Brian. He began acting while at Kalamazoo College in Kalamazoo, MI, where he studied Psychology as a major (BS in Psychology, 2005). When he realized his love for acting he went to study theatre in college instead of med school. He was a member of Stir Friday Night, a sketch-comedy group made up of Asian-American performers, and was also a member of the Second City comedy troupe in Chicago. He earned roles on The Big Bang Theory (2007) (as Sebastian), in Jerry (2009) (as Chaz) and in different commercials for Best Buy, Apple, and Milky Way. He lives in L.A.
Steven enjoys playing guitar. His parents own beauty supply stores in Detroit, MI.GLENN RHEE- I don't know who can hate Glenn. He does everything I wouldn't do, and he does it for the group not himself. I still think his quote to Rick in the tank "Hey You! Dumb ass! Yeah you in the tank! Cozy in there?" is still one of the best introduction quotes of the show. I'm not too familiar with Steven Yeun's acting career, but I don't see him leaving this show anytime soon. His relationship with Maggie is the strongest so far, and will definitely be tested in time.
FUN FACT: The first time Glenn has a full conversation with his later love interest Maggie Greene, is on Hershel's front porch. Glenn prays for the first time in his life, asking for an answer for him and his group of survivors. When Maggie walks out the front door and joins him.

IronE Singleton is best known to audiences as the menacing kingpin Alton in the Academy® Oscar Award-nominated film The Blind Side; the biggest box office grossing sports movie of all time. He is also known as the compassionate tough guy, T-Dog, in the Emmy, AFI & WGA Award winning, Golden Globe nominated TV show The Walking Dead; one of basic cable's highest rated shows for viewership. IronE's unusual name depicts his life story, his ability to play strong, multidimensional characters and has made him a memorable actor in both film and television.
Singleton appears on the big screen alongside Bow Wow and Ice Cube in Lottery Ticket. He stars alongside Nicolas Cage, Guy Pearce and January Jones in the feature film Seeking Justice and will soon captivate the Lifetime audience in his leading role as "Glock" Nichols with Neve Campbell in AN Amish Murder. Singleton's talent is on display in several television pilots, including ABC's Detroit 1-8-7, VH1's Single Ladies, and TNT's Franklin & Bash. Among his other television credits are CW's One Tree Hill and BET's Somebodies. As a result of IronE's success on The Walking Dead, IronE has been sought to write an introduction for two zombie theme anthologies; Zombie Survival Crew: Undead Is Not An Option and Appalachia Undead.
Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, Singleton's story embodies everything we have come to understand about the lives of many inner city youth growing up in low-income housing projects. Fatherless and having lost his mother to HIV/AIDS when he was a senior in high school and watched his brother spend most of his life in Georgia's prison system, IronE fought to have a life far different from the one he knew growing up. The "irony" of his story is that, while all the odds were stacked against him, IronE Singleton still overcame his troubled childhood to attend the University of Georgia on academic and football scholarships where he completed a double major in Theater and Speech Communications.
Prior to breaking into film and television, Singleton wrote, directed and performed a critically acclaimed One Man Stage production entitled IronE . . . The Resurrected which garnered rave reviews inspiring IronE to transcribe the production into his autobiography Blindsided by The Walking Dead which chronicles his life from poverty to fame. His ambition is to have it produced as a movie along with his current screenplay Volleyball Vixens. IronE is also overly enthusiastic about incorporating his non-profit performing arts school, IronE School of The Arts (ISA) which will provide youth with a performing arts program that is intellectually stimulating, emotionally compelling, aesthetically enriching and personally relevant with a strong emphasis on truth, purpose, respect for self and others and love for all of humanity. In his spare time, Singleton is a motivational speaker and lyricist.T-DOG - Much like the early character of Tyrese from The Walking Dead comic books, notably for using a hammer to kill the walkers with. He's developed slower than the rest of the characters, yet you can still feel that he has a rightful place. He's only made friends with the rest of the group, discluding Merle. After Singleton's great performance in "The Blind Side" as the street thug, it was nice to see him have a more softer side in "The Walking Dead".
FUN FACT: T-Dog's real name is revealed to be "Theodore Douglas."

Known for Judge Martha Ross in All the Queen's Men (2021-22), Resort to Love on Netflix (2021), Madame Xanadu in Swamp Thing (2019), Emera Umber in High Flying Bird (2019), Peg in Unpregnant (2020), and Jacqui in The Walking Dead (2010-2012), Jeryl was born in Washington, DC and raised in Hartsville, South Carolina. She was educated at Clemson University (BS), North Carolina A & T State University (MA), and the University of South Florida, where she earned a PhD in American Literature.JACQUI - Jacqui I would describe as the first survivor of the group, who committed suicide by staying in the CDC laboratory. The ending to her character did make a lot of sense, being that she had no family or lover to live for anymore. Like Dr. Jenner, she had nothing more to live for and didn't die alone. Although her role was cut short, actress Jeryl Prescott has been a strong actress. My favorite role for her has so far been the evil Hoodoo lady from "The Skeleton Key".
FUN FACT: It is possible that T-dog and Jacqui were friends before the apocalypse, or were forming a relationship at the camp. T-dog tried to persuade Jacqui to leave the CDC, but respected her wishes for a painless suicide.
A QUOTE FROM JACQUI: "I miss my Coffeemaker, with that dual-drip filter and built-in grinder."- MORALES - Very little is known of what happened to Morales and his family at the end of Season 1. Rick Grimes talks into the radio to the supposed Morgan on the other end, telling him we've lost people along the way. Never pronounced dead, I'm sure Morales and his family decided it would be best to go their separate ways.
FUN FACT: Morales is also the name of a character from Walking Dead creator and movie director Frank Darabont's film, "The Mist". Who was also played by actor, Juan Gabriel Pareja.

Andrew Rothenberg was born on 26 January 1969 in Los Angeles, California, USA. He is an actor, known for Fargo (2014), The Walking Dead (2010) and Ray Donovan: The Movie (2022).JIM - Full bearded Jim as short as his character lived attracted a huge fanbase behind him. Before his untimely death, he was pretty much the groups lead mechanic before Dale and what appeared to be psychic as well. His mission for digging the numerous graves for no apparent reason quickly made sense to the group after the herd of walkers who killed "Ed" and "Amy". Not many characters like Jim accept their faith on becoming a zombie, left alone off the side of the road.
FUN FACT: After it has been discovered that Jim has been bitten, he is placed in Dale's camper with a fever. Behind him while he suffers an American flag hangs upside down as a curtain. A flag flying upside down is a universal signal for distress.

Michael Rooker was born on April 6, 1955 in Jasper, Alabama. When he was thirteen, his parents divorced and he went with his mother to live in Chicago. He caught the acting bug while attending college, and began appearing in local stage productions. On first breaking into film, his intensity and "don't-mess-with-me" good looks were highlighted to chilling effect as he title character in Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer (1986), filmed in 1986 but, due to its controversial nature, not released until 1990. Since that widely noticed and highly praised performance, much of his career has been spent playing brutes, villains and psychopaths. However, his occasional turns as a "good guy" are always well-acted and a welcome change for a talented actor too often typecast.
2017 marks an exciting time for Rooker, as he starred in two films premiering just two months of each other. On March 17, audiences saw Rooker in Blumhouse Tilt's indie horror thriller The Belko Experiment (2016). The film is the terrifying yet humorous look at a group of employees that become guinea pigs in a company-wide experiment that leads them to either kill their fellow employees or be killed themselves. Returning to his indie roots, Rooker starred as maintenance worker, Bud Melks, one of the employees trapped in the office building, who may or may not be able to kill his fellow staff member. On May 5, Rooker reprised his role as Yondu in the highly anticipated sequel, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (2017). The film follows the same group of galactic underdogs saving the universe to a stellar soundtrack. Rooker's breakout performance earned him critical acclaim, as audiences were introduced to a more dramatic Yondu. The film went on to earn over $145 million domestically its opening weekend and has surpassed its predecessor by grossing over $850 million worldwide.
Rooker made his film debut, playing the title role in Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer (1986), a film based on the confessions of serial killer Henry Lee Lucas. It was here that audiences were first introduced to Rooker's impeccable ability to channel a character's idiosyncrasies and subtleties. He has also starred in some of the most iconic films, such as Mississippi Burning (1988), Sea of Love (1989), JFK (1991), Tombstone (1993) and Jumper (2008) to name a few. In August 2014, Rooker starred in one of the most memorable franchises in the Marvel Universe, Guardians of the Galaxy (2014), as Yondu, the blue-skinned renegade space pirate and surrogate father to Peter Quill. The film went on to gross over $700 million at the worldwide box office and spent five weekends atop the box office, more than any other film in the Marvel Universe.
On the television front, Rooker is best known for his series regular role as Merle Dixon on AMC's hit series The Walking Dead (2010). Audiences loved to hate the ill-tempered redneck hunter and were sad to see him killed off the series in season three. Rooker has completed a variety of stints on some of the most prominent series on television: Criminal Minds (2005), CSI: Miami (2002), Las Vegas (2003), Law & Order (1990) and Archer (2009), among others. Additionally, Rooker's talents go beyond both film and television. He adds his voice to various video games, including The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, and Lollipop Chainsaw.MERLE DIXON - Actor Michael Rooker for over three decades is known for playing the antagonist role in his movies, notably, "Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer". It didn't surprise me to see a racist-redneck Rooker exist in a post-apocalyptic world sniping walkers from a rooftop. For as ruthless as Merle is, he actually has some of the best tough guy lines. Even when he appears to Daryl as a hallucination in season 2, he refers to his brother Daryl as a used rubber lying there in the dirt. Awesome! Rooker was made for "The Walking Dead".
FUN FACT: Merle is the first surviving character to have one of his limbs amputated (an ongoing theme in the comic series). Not to mention his hand was sawed off by himself.
A QUOTE FROM MERLE: "I know I'm being punished. I know. I... Oh, I deserve it. I deserve it. I've been bad. Help me now. Show me the way. Go on, tell me what to do. Tell me. Tell me. God! That's okay. Never you mind, silly Christ boy. I ain't begged you before. I ain't gonna start begging now. I ain't gonna beg you now! Don't you worry about me begging you ever! I'll never beg you! I ain't gonna beg you! No!"- Make-Up Department

Nicotero and buddies, Howard Berger and Robert Kurtzman started KNB Efx Group in 1988 and the group has provided eye-popping & jaw dropping special effects for major Hollywood releases including The Green Mile (1999), Vanilla Sky (2001), Sin City (2005) and Land of the Dead (2005).DEER EATING WALKER - Nicotero is probably the best makeup artist in the movie industry right now. A true prodigy of both Tam Savini and George C. Romero. All of the zombie work done in "The Walking Dead" comes solely out of the vision of Gregory Nicotero. I'm happy to see that he's included himself in a couple zombie roles on the show. If you want the best special effects involving blood, exploding bodies, or downright slayings; find out if the special effects team is KNB Efx Group. Norman Reedus was born in Hollywood, Florida. He is of Italian, English, Scottish and Irish descent. He is an accomplished photographer with several books of his photography published and continues to do art shows in galleries all around the world every year. His first novel was published in 2022 and was on the New York Times best seller list as well as the Los Angeles Times best seller list titled "The Ravaged". Reedus has a production company named Bigbaldhead, Inc. With his producing partner Amanda Verdon as well as a first look deal with AMC studios.
Norman's first movie as an actor was Guillermo del Toro's horror thriller Mimic (1997), where he played the character Jeremy. He has also played roles in the movies Floating (1997), Six Ways to Sunday (1997), Gossip (2000), Blade II (2002) and Deuces Wild (2002). He also starred in the movies Red Canyon (2008), Robert Redford's The Conspirator (2010), and John Hillcoat's Triple 9 (2016). Norman played the role of Murphy MacManus in the movie The Boondock Saints (1999) opposite Sean Patrick Flanery and Willem Dafoe. He later reprised the role in the sequel The Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day (2009).
His directorial debut happened in 2005 for the multi-awarded short film on Miles Davis I Thought of You (2006).
As of 2010, he stars as Daryl Dixon on the AMC television series The Walking Dead (2010). The character was not originally in the comic book series of the same name, but was created specifically for Reedus by Frank Darabont. The Walking Dead comic creator Robert Kirkman has stated he feels "absolutely blessed [Reedus] has honored the show with his presence, and the way he has come in and taken over that role and defined Daryl Dixon. A great deal of Norman's portrayal of the character in the first season inspired all the writers to do what we did with him in the second season. We love writing him and end up doing cool stuff with him."DARYL DIXON - Actor Norman Reedus has hit fame in a lot of his movies, namely "The Boondock Saints". His portrayal of Daryl on "The Walking Dead" is probably thee number one character everybody wants to see. He's so far going to be the first character to be created from the TV series, making the transition from the television series "The Walking Dead" to, "The Walking Dead" comic book series. I don't think it matters if you're a man or a woman, your favorite badass from the show is Daryl.
FUN FACT: It's stated that Daryl was raised by his brother Merle to share his beliefs. Merle in the episode of "Chupacabra" portrays as Daryl's subconscious. This is the first time we see a "subconcious figure" in the TV series. However it's a reoccurring thing amongst characters in the comic books.

Melissa Suzanne McBride (born May 23, 1965) is an American actress and former casting director, best known for her role as Carol Peletier on the AMC series The Walking Dead. McBride has garnered critical acclaim and received multiple awards and nominations for her role on the show.
McBride was born in Lexington, Kentucky to parents John Leslie McBride and Suzanne Lillian (née Sagley) (1937-2018). Her father owned his own business, and her mother studied at the historic Pasadena Playhouse. She had three siblings: John Michael (1957-1990), Neil Allen (1960-2008), and Melanie Suzanne (1962-2012).
McBride began her acting career in 1991, appearing in several television commercials for clients such as Rooms To Go; she was also a spokeswoman for Ford. She made her series television debut in a 1993 episode of ABC legal drama series Matlock, and later guest-starred in several other television drama series, including In the Heat of the Night; American Gothic; Profiler; Walker, Texas Ranger; and Dawson's Creek. In the last, she played Nina - a film buff who charms Dawson after his breakup with Jen - in the Season 1 episode "Road Trip" (1998) - and in 2003 returned to the series finale playing a different character.
In the 1990s, McBride had supporting roles in several made-for-television movies, such as Her Deadly Rival (1995) opposite Annie Potts and Harry Hamlin, Close to Danger (1997) with Rob Estes, Any Place But Home (1997), and Pirates of Silicon Valley (1999). In 1996, she appeared on the CBS miniseries A Season in Purgatory, based on Dominick Dunne's eponymous 1993 novel. From 2000 to 2010, she worked as a film and commercial casting director in Atlanta, Georgia and starred in several short films. In 2007, director Frank Darabont cast McBride as the "woman with the kids at home" in the ensemble-cast science-fiction horror film The Mist, alongside Thomas Jane, Laurie Holden, and Marcia Gay Harden. McBride was in contention for a bigger role in the film but did not want to take a significant amount of time away from her job as a casting director. The following year, she appeared in the Lifetime television movie Living Proof.
McBride's earlier relationship with Darabont led him to cast her as Carol Peletier in the AMC television drama series The Walking Dead - her biggest role to date. Peletier is a mid-forties widow and caring mother to preteen Sophia, fighting to survive in a violent post-apocalyptic world populated with flesh-eating zombies and the few surviving humans, some of whom are diabolical and even more dangerous than the zombies themselves. McBride did not audition for the role, which she thought was temporary. She was a recurring cast member in Season 1 and was promoted to series regular for Season 2. McBride's name appeared in the opening credits sequence beginning with the first episode of Season 4. Carol was supposed to have been killed off in the episode "Killer Within", but the producers eventually had a change of plans.
As the series progresses, McBride's character develops from being weak and dependent, into a strong, cunning, and loyal warrior. The direction of her character is contrasted between the two media. In the comic series, Carol is much younger and exhibits a neurotic, self-centered, and naive demeanor. Throughout her time in the comics, she grows increasingly unstable to the point of being self-destructive. The television show differs in these regards, as she is shown to be a stern, pragmatic, and compassionate individual who has been gradually building inner strength. Producers of the series, Scott M. Gimple and Robert Kirkman, said in 2014 that "Carol is her own unique character; it would be a disservice to Melissa McBride to say she's evolved into the Carol from the comics. The Carol in the TV show is a wholly original creation that we'll continue to explore on the show to great effect. Everyone in the writers' room loves that character, and we're thrilled with what Melissa has brought to the table. She has definitely become a character that is one to watch, and there's some really exciting stuff ahead for her."
McBride has received critical acclaim for her performance as Carol and won positive reviews from critics during Seasons 3, 4, and 5. Many critics praised McBride's performance in the Season 4 episode centered on her character, "The Grove". Others singled out Carol's actions in the Season 5 premiere, "No Sanctuary", which earned critical praise and positive fan reception. Despite the praise of some critics and a fan campaign, McBride did not receive a nomination for the 2014 Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series. However, she won the 40th Annual Saturn Award for Best Supporting Actress on Television, and was nominated for the 2014 Critics' Choice Television Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Drama Series for her performance in Season 4. In March 2015, McBride was nominated for a Fangoria Chainsaw Award for Best Leading Actress in a Television series, for her role as Carol. She once again won the Saturn Award for Best Supporting Actress on Television at the 41st Saturn Awards, for the second year in a row.CAROL PELETIER - Carol, although different from the comic book series has been tormented before and after the zombie apocalypse. Her husband "Ed" in a lot of ways deserved to have died, while her daughter "Sophia" did not. Actress Melissa Suzanne McBride has played the broken grieving mother in every episode. She also had a similar role in the movie "The Mist", who goes out into the mist to look for her two daughters. As engaging as her performance has been, I hope she continues to follow the story-line of Carol from the comic books.
FUN FACT: Andrea says that the item she misses most is her vibrator and then Carol replies "me too." Carol also says she misses her Maytag (washing machine).
A QUOTE FROM CAROL: "That's not my little girl. It's some other... thing. My Sophia was lost in the woods. All this time, I thought. But she didn't go hungry. She didn't cry herself to sleep. She didn't try to find her way back. Sophia died a long time ago."- Madison Lintz was born on May 11, 1999 in Atlanta, Georgia. She began her acting career when she was only 6 years old. She had been in a few commercials and voice-overs and did a commercial for a national Golden Corral spot which aired all over the country. Her big acting break came when she got the role of Sophia Peletier on AMC's post-apocalyptic drama series The Walking Dead (2010). She had a recurring role on the show during the first two seasons.
She also guest starred on Sid Roth's It's Supernatural (1996) and Nashville (2012). She also appeared in the TV Movie American Judy (2012). In 2014, she got a recurring part as the title character's daughter, Maddie on Amazon's Bosch (2014), opposite Titus Welliver and Sarah Clarke. For the second season, she was promoted to a regular role. She has also appeared in movies: in After (2012) as Young Ana, Parental Guidance (2012) as Ashley and Along Came the Devil (2018) as Hannah.SOPHIA PELETIER - Sophia does get separated from the group, and she's only found when it's too late. I do believe her character was written out rather quickly. It did surprise me that she was found dead, unlike her role in the comic book series. Her death represents to the remaining group, that nothing lasts forever. Her death is a prime example of how much the TV series departs from the comic book series. And how much more horrifying it can be to original characters we've come to follow.
FUN FACT: Walking Dead creators reveal that they had shot the barn scene twice. Once with Sophia looking normal, the way the survivors wanted to see her. And the zombified version, which is the version that was aired in 'Pretty Much Dead Already'.

He attended Yale University, where he sang with the a capella group the Yale Spizzwinks. He attended NYU Film School where he wrote and directed an award winning short film called "The Painter." Emmerich came to prominence with starring roles in the cult hit Beautiful Girls (1996) and the Jim Carrey blockbuster The Truman Show (1998). His production company, Sandbox Entertainment, has a first-look production deal with New Line Cinema. His older brother is Toby Emmerich.DR. EDWIN JENNER - Dr. Jenner I believe is one of the first most dangerous things the surviving group comes upon. Unlike the zombies, his truth about the dismantled government is a sign of the worse things have yet to come. It's not his intentions to kill everyone in the group, but it's his belief that hope no longer exists. Actor Noah Emmerich has done some great dramatic roles in movies such as "The Truman Show" and "Super 8". He continues to do so here in "The Walking Dead".

Pruitt can next be seen starring as a series regular in the Apple TV+ series Lady in the Lake, opposite Natalie Portman. Other television work includes recurring in Netflix's Stranger Things, Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., NBC's Heroes Reborn, True Blood, The Walking Dead, The Mentalist, and Murder One (for which he won an Emmy). On the film side, Pruitt has held prominent roles in Netflix's Bird Box opposite Sandra Bullock and The Life and Death of John Gotti opposite John Travolta.OTIS - Otis who is very different from his comic book counterpart, is the earliest sign of Shane losing all humanity. His bullet to the leg making him a decoy to the approaching walkers, has so far been one of the most graphic deaths yet. He's the first innocent man we see who's shot and left for the dead, leaving his wife Patricia a widow. Making the world of the walking dead, that much more of a dog eat dog world. Actor Pruitt Taylor Vince usually plays the big softy type in most of his movies. Which includes "Identity" and "Trapped".
FUN FACT: Prior to the arrival of Rick and the other survivors, Otis is the only resident on Hershel's farm in possession of a gun.
A QUOTE FROM SHANE: "'We got to save the boy!' See that's what he said. He gave me his backpack he shoved me ahead. 'Run!' he said. He said, 'I'll take the rear I'll cover you.' And when I looked back... If not for Otis, I would've never made it out alive, and that goes for Carl too. It was Otis. He saved us both. And he did that very meaning, it was his."- One chillingly infamous screen role for Scott Wilson in 1967 set the tone for an actor who went on to prove himself an invaluable character player for five decades. Born on March 29, 1942, the Atlanta native was awarded a basketball scholarship following high school at Georgia's Southern Tech University to study architecture. Instead, Wilson hitchhiked to Los Angeles on a whim and hooked up one day with an actor he met in a bar who took him to one of his auditions. Allowed to audition himself by chance, Wilson lost the part but was absolutely hooked. Working an assortment of menial jobs, he studied for nearly five years while gaining experience in such local theater productions as "The Importance of Being Earnest."
Scott's fledgling career took off big time after being discovered by director Norman Jewison who cast him as a murder suspect in In the Heat of the Night (1967) starring Sidney Poitier and Best Actor Oscar winner Rod Steiger. If that weren't a sufficient beginning, Wilson immediately followed this with the co-lead role of murderer Richard Hickok in the stark and disturbing In Cold Blood (1967), a superlative adaptation of the Truman Capote best-selling docu-novel. It didn't hurt that Scott himself had a startling resemblance to the real-life killer. Partnering up with Robert Blake as two ex-cons who are eventually executed for the senseless, brutal slaughter of an entire Kansas farm family, the critically acclaimed film put both men squarely on the movie map.
Although a serious contender, out-and-out stardom did not come about for the quietly handsome, slightly forlorn-looking actor. Major roles in major pictures, however, did. Among Scott's early film work were Castle Keep (1969) and The Gypsy Moths (1969), both starring Burt Lancaster; The Grissom Gang (1971); Lolly-Madonna XXX (1973) (again with Steiger); The New Centurions (1972); The Great Gatsby (1974), in which he earned raves as the garage owner who shoots Robert Redford's title character to death in Gatsby's backyard swimming pool; The Ninth Configuration (1980), for which he received a Golden Globe nomination; The Right Stuff (1983); the Venice Film Festival winner A Year of the Quiet Sun (1984); Malone (1987); and Johnny Handsome (1989). TV also showed off Scott's dark, controlled intensity and wide range in later years, appearing in guest spots on such popular dramas as "The X-Files" and "The Twilight Zone," and in a recurring role as Marg Helgenberger's unscrupulous mobster father in "CSI." In mini-movies Scott played everything from Elvis's father in Elvis and the Colonel: The Untold Story (1993) to a Wyoming governor in The Jack Bull (1999).
Hardly one of Hollywood's flashiest good ol' boys, the taciturn, unassuming actor preferred to remain discrete and let his performances do the talking. His output was minimal compared with other character stars, but he remained in the quality ranks nevertheless, mixing his standard penchant for darker movies with such family-oriented films as Shiloh (1996) and its sequels.
Supporting the newer "young guns" these days, he appeared with Vince Vaughn in Clay Pigeons (1998) and Ryan Phillippe in The Way of the Gun (2000), and ended up one of serial killer Charlize Theron's victims in Monster (2003). Other strong showings on the big screen have included a lead part as a rockabilly star in Don't Let Go (2002) and his down-home patriarch in the superb ensemble art film Junebug (2005), a breakout hit with Academy voters.
Into the millennium, Scott maintained a strong film output with gritty roles in Come Early Morning (2006), Saving Shiloh (2006), Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon (2006), The Heartbreak Kid (2007), Saving Grace B. Jones (2009), Radio Free Albemuth (2010), Dorfman in Love (2011) and Hostiles (2017). He ended his career strongly on TV with regular/recurring roles on Damien (2016), as adoptive father Abel Johnson in the mystery series The OA (2016), and gained a notable following sporting a full gray beard and ponytail as grizzled farm owner Hershel Greene on the popular horror series The Walking Dead (2010).
Wilson lived in Los Angeles with his attorney/wife of four decades, Heavenly, who also was an accomplished artist and writer. Diagnosed with leukemia, Scott died on October 6, 2018, aged 76.HERSHEL GREENE - Hershel much like Dale, is a voice of reasoning amongst the survivors. Like many survivors, he believes to put his trust into Rick's decision making. Actor Scott Wilson does play a great Hershel. I always thought it was funny that both him and actor Pruitt Taylor Vince, both were featured in the movie "Monster" as men who pick up actress Charlize Theron from the side of the road. Reuniting here for the episode of "Bloodletting".
FUN FACT: Hershel's family horse 'Nervous Nelly', had a small role and appeared in three episodes. The group flees Hershel's farm after it becomes overrun by Walkers and forgets to bring Nelly with them, leaving her fate unknown.

Lauren Cohan is a British-American actress and model, best known for her role as Maggie Greene on The Walking Dead (2010) and recurring roles on The Vampire Diaries (2009), Supernatural (2005), and Chuck (2007). Lauren then split her time and work between London and Los Angeles, working on several films as well as some non-commercial projects.MAGGIE GREENE - Maggie has become one of my favorite female characters of the show after Andrea. Her romance with Glenn is one of the first growing love stories since the zombie apocalypse has happened. Nothing has made the two inseparable yet. And the two do look cute together. Actress Lauren Cohan is becoming one of my favorite actresses of today. She's really making "The Walking Dead" a start to her future acting career.
FUN FACT: The attack in the episode 'Secrets' changed Maggie's mind on whether or not walkers are still people. The change goes from specifically not calling them walkers to suddenly referring to Glenn as 'Walker-Bait.'

Beth then attempts suicide by cutting her own wrists. Finding a new path when she couldn't do it. I don't know what to expect from Beth, but I'm sure it'll have an interesting new twist.

Michael Raymond-James is an American actor. He is best known for playing René Lenier in the first season of the HBO series True Blood, Britt Pollack on the FX series Terriers, Neal Cassidy/Baelfire on the ABC series Once Upon a Time, and Mitch Longo on the CBS All Access series Tell Me a Story.DAVE - Dave who portrays a smart but cunning type to get what him and his friends want. Much like Shane, he'll kill you if you get in the way of what him and his group wants. I always wondered what it would have been like for Shane to change sides and head back to that group after setting Randall free. Of course we see Shane form his own plan to get Carl and Lori back. For a guest appearance, actor Michael Raymond-James pulled off a sly antagonist type.
FUN FACT: Dave and his group referred to the zombies as "Roamers", the common name for them in the comic books, as opposed to the term "Walkers" commonly used in the TV show.
A QUOTE FROM DAVE: "You don't know anything about us. You don't know what we had to go through out there, the things we've had to do. I bet you've had to do some of those things yourself. Am I right? 'Cause ain't nobody's hands clean in what's left of this world. We're all the same."- Actor

Michael Zegen was born on 20 February 1979 in Ridgewood, New Jersey, USA. He is an actor, known for The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel (2017), Boardwalk Empire (2010) and Frances Ha (2012).RANDALL - We never really do get the answer to whether or not Randall could be trusted or not. In my opinion he couldn't be trusted. Him and his group of friends sound like they've stopped following right from wrong long ago. However, I do think Randall was just a pawn in the scheme of all things. His death convinced Rick that the secret Dr. Jenner had whispered into his ear was in fact true. We all carry the virus.
FUN FACT: Randall is the third character in the TV Series known to reanimate without getting bitten (before Randall it was the two Mert County Deputies Rick investigated from episode "18 Miles Out", who appeared to have just been scratched).
A QUOTE FROM RANDALL: "I'm just some guy."- Actress

Danai Gurira was born in Grinnell, Iowa, to Josephine and Roger Gurira, who were from Zimbabwe. Her father was then teaching Chemistry at Grinnell College. When she was five, the family moved back to Zimbabwe, residing in the capital Harare. Gurira later returned to the United States, and studied social psychology at Macalester College, receiving an MFA from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. She is the co-author of the play, "In the Continuum", with Nikkole Salter.MICHONNE - Probably the best and long awaited cameo appearance in "The Walking Dead" TV series. Much like her entrance from the comic books, she drags behind her two mouthless walkers by chain collars. Which help make any other walkers not want to attack her. I think her story will jump Season 3 into a darker more gritty series. I hope she brings us some good sword wielding action scenes, even her hallucination of having an imaginary friend. Soon we'll all be talking about the actress Danai Gurira.
FUN FACT: It was said that it has always been the intention of introducing Michonne earlier than in the comic, as she is a favorite among both the fans of the comic and of the show's production team.
