Sam goes out to Nice and convinces Belle to return to sing at the inn, which has become a fancy road house. Sam has partnered with Dick and Chester, who Belle always suspected of being crooks. Dick and Chester and Lady Chettwinde (Anne Grey) bring trouble to the road house. Inspector Donovan (Stanley Holloway) and his partner Hugh (Romilly Lunge) help solve the problem and all ends happily.
