Maria Tran (Gaffa, Hit Girls) and her team are back with a new short movie called Enter The Dojo 2, delivering more action and there own blend of comedy which works very well. If you have seen some of there work before then you will know that they aim to deliver the best and so far, they are yet to disappoint. I have said from the start, this team have some great skills and talent in front and behind the camera, expect lots more in the future.
When receiving the video from Maria i was happy to do a review has with each project i watch, it keeps getting better and better. It starts off with the Guerillascope logo, which is reminiscent of the...

The team that brought us “Hit Girls”, are back with a new short movie titled “Gaffa”. The movie stars Maria Tran (who we have covered a fair few times in the past), who with her team, come up with some great action scenes and are starting to make a noise out there in the martial arts world.
Synopsis:
Two sweatshop workers at the Balloon factory battle it out for an apple, gaffa and the final showdown with the big boss.
From the start of the movie you have a good feel factor, with old school computer style graphics opening the credits (With some funky music). This follows a funny moment when Maria Trans character is working hard to find her work mate sat down eating and showing off. She looks very angry and spots an apple, but before she can get to it, the lad has it in his hands...

'The type of music that I make ... is definitely underground and Southern hip-hop,' K.R.I.T. tells RapFix Live.

Big K.R.I.T. was already buzzing heavy before he signed his record deal with Def Jam, and on September 27 he will release his major label debut, Live From the Underground. The Mississippi rapper checked in to MTV's RapFix Live from the studio, where he is putting the finishing touches on his album, via Skype.
K.R.I.T., one of MTV Jams' Fab 5, became an underground rap favorite when he released the free mixtape K.R.I.T. Wuz Here, which played more like an album, in 2009. The project's soulful rap aesthetic and acclaim earned him a record deal, but the "Country Sh--" rapper is still holding on to his indie roots.

A couple at an abandoned building are given directions on where to find their son. The wife, Elizabeth Harris (Helen Slater) tells her husband, Charles (Thomas Calabro) to do exactly what the man said to find their son, and to put his hands on the railings. I knew that was to cover over any prints or evidence that may have been left behind. They find a decomposing Db in the car on the rooftop, which they believe to be their son, Jeremy (Zachery Spicer). Sid's (Robert Joy) out of the morgue again, in another difficult retrieval of the Db. He says the Cod could be anything from a few days to a few months. Shouldn't he have said Tod? Hawkes (Hill Harper) believes due to the weather, the humidity, etc, this will prove difficult. Jo (Sela Ward) has to cover her nose due to the putrid smell given off by the Db.

ABC, home of the Walkers of California from Brothers & Sisters, may be welcoming another sprawling dysfunctional family to its fold: the Wingos of South Carolina. The network is developing a series adaptation of The Prince of Tides. I hear the hourlong project is expected to stay closer to Pat Conroy's 1986 novel than to the 1991 Columbia Pictures movie starring Barbra Streisand and Nick Nolte that it spawned. Bob Brush and Mel Harris will write the script for the project from Sony TV and will executive produce with Eric Tannenbaum, Kim Tannenbaum and Mitch Hurwitz, former partners at Sony's Tantamount, and Craig Anderson. Conroy is on board as a non-writing consultant. Prince is the story of a destructive family relationship and a father's abuse of his wife and children told through the eyes of one of the grown-up children, Tom Wingo, a former high school teacher and coach, now out of work after a nervous breakdown.

ABC is developing a show based on Pat Conroy's bestselling novel "The Prince of Tides."
Widely known for its 1991 film adaptation starring Barbra Streisand and Nick Nolte, "Tides" was sold in a script deal to the network by Sony Pictures TV.
Conroy is a non-writing consultant on the project, which will follow his novel more closely than the movie adaptation.
"Tides" tells the story of a married Southern football coach from an abusive and dysfunctional family who falls in love with a New York psychiatrist.
Executive producers include Eric and Kim Tannenbaum ("Two and a Half Men"), Mitch Hurwitz ("Arrested Development") and Craig Anderson ("On Golden Pond").
Bob Brush ("Wonder Years") and Mel Harris will write the pilot script and executive produce.
