- Sidney Berger was born on July 25, 1935 in New York City, New York, USA. He was an actor, known for Carnival of Souls (1962) and Carnival of Souls (1998). He was married to Sandra. He died on February 15, 2013 in Houston, Texas, USA.

- At various festivals and appearances he can often be heard quoting critic Roger Ebert's comment on his character in Carnival of Souls. Ebert called Berger's character the "definitive study of a nerd in lust", a feat Berger often boasts about humorously.
