Regge Bulman attended Cando High School, and attended the University of
North Dakota in Grand Forks. He left UND for film school at Montana
State University in 1985. After working as a loader on a production in
Montana, he headed to Los Angeles, where he's worked as a writer and on
technical camera work. He became acquainted with _Dead Dogs (1999)_
director
Clay Eide while creating Afterschool Specials for ABC Telvision.
He and Eide since then have formed One Eight Five Productions, under
which Dead Dogs was produced. Regge is brothers with
Todd Bulman, who wrote
the script for Dead Dogs.
