Match #1: Adam Copeland def. Lee Moriarty The following is courtesy of allelitewrestling.com:
Collision kicked off with the “Cope Open”! Copeland whipped Moriarty into the turnbuckles. Copeland clubbed Lee with forearms. Copeland swept out Lee’s legs. Moriarty wrenched Copeland’s arm over the top rope and followed up with a dropkick. Moriarty went for the Border City Stretch. Copeland tossed Lee with an avalanche fallaway slam. Copeland was contemplating a spear, but...

Mgmt have shared the video for their new song “Nothing to Declare,” the latest single off the duo’s upcoming album Loss of Life.
The Joey Frank-directed visual stars Inga Petry, a college student born with upper limb aplasia who uses social media to spread awareness for the disabled community. In the video, Petry travels to Paris, documenting an adventure that culminates with her witnessing the Venus de Milo in person.
“When I was first approached by Joey to do this project, it was the parallelism in his vision that first drew me in.

This article contains minor spoilers for "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem."
I am a person of an age where I have never known a world without the "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles." The first issue of the comic book featuring the characters was released in 1984, a full six years before I was born. This meant I was the perfect age to watch the live-action films of the early 90s, with repeated rentals from my local video store. I also grew up watching the admittedly dreadful "Ninja Turtles: The Next Mutation" live-action TV series, relegating me forever to the embarrassing Venus de Milo status in my childhood friend group, despite my last name being 4/5 of the pronunciation of an already existing turtle.
This is to say I have a great love and appreciation for the work of Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird, the two men responsible for bringing Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello,...

Slamovich avoids another Vader Bomb attempt but Grace takes her off the top with a Muscle Buster for two. Grace hits a series of powerslams for a very close near fall. Slamovich transitions from a Sleeper hold into a modified German suplex. Both Knockouts exchange one pin attempt after another...

Emily Ratajkowski is setting the record straight on how you say her last name.
The model was getting ready to walk the Tory Burch fall 2023 fashion show in New York City this week when she was asked what the correct way to pronounce her surname was.
“Rat-ah-cof-sky,” she replied, adding, “I’m Polish,” insisting that was the Polish way to say it.
Ratajkowski also pointed out that a man in her family would be “Ratajkowski,” while a woman might be “Ratajkowska.”

Artist Jim Shaw’s studio is a dream factory. It’s where images and ideas combine in unnatural and often surreal ways, conjuring visual puns like the smiling visage of Esther Williams superimposed with an image of her lover, actor Jeff Chandler, wearing a gown. A matching piece shows Chandler with a hermaphroditic image of Williams in the pose of Botticelli’s Venus de Milo. Both pieces were inspired by rumors that Williams ended their affair upon learning Chandler was a transvestite.
“I just kind of ended up working with elements of Hollywood,” Shaw says of his new show, Jim Shaw: Thinking the Unthinkable, at Gagosian Beverly Hills from Jan. 12 through Feb. 25. “I’ve been interested in sort of the history, along with politics, of LSD and psychedelics. I came across that Esther Williams had taken LSD, and that led me to reading her autobiography. When she finally took LSD,...

Trailblazer. Icon. Turtle. These are just a few of the words one could use to describe Venus de Milo, a character largely forgotten by pop culture despite being entirely unforgettable.
On Sept. 12, 1997, Fox Kids debuted Ninja Turtles: The Next Mutation, the first (and still only) live-action series based on the popular franchise. It was a massive undertaking, former President of Motion Pictures and Television for Saban Lance H. Robbins recalls to TVLine, including “the biggest sets we’d ever done for a show, including Power Rangers, to make that long tunnel in underground New York.”

Kirk Baily, the actor best known for his role as dim-witted camp counselor Kevin “Ug” Lee on the early Nickelodeon sitcom “Salute Your Shorts,” died Feb. 27 in Los Angeles. His domestic partner, Ranjani Brow, confirmed that he died after battling lung cancer. He was 59.
Baily got his start as a sound coordinator for the 1988 cult classic “Killer Klowns From Outer Space,” before he was cast in “Salute Your Shorts,” which premiered in 1991. Created by Steve Slavkin and based on a book of the same name he wrote with Thomas Hill, “Salute Your Shorts” premiered July 1991 and ran for two seasons. The series starred Danny Cooksey, Erik MacArthur, Blake Soper, Michael Bower, Trevor Eyster, Venus DeMilo Thomas, Heidi Lucas and Megan Berwick as various campers at the fictional Camp Anawanna. Baily’s character, Ug, acted as an antagonist toward the kids, as well as the most frequent victim of their pranks.
