Arthur Miller's "Death of a Salesman." He was also nominated in the same
category in 2003 for a revival of Eugene O'Neill's "Long Day's Journey Into
Night." Both productions starred Brian Dennehy.
He was nominated for a 1984 Joseph Jefferson Award for Director of a Play for "In the Belly of the Beast" at the Wisdom Bridge Theatre in
Chicago, Illinois.
He was nominated for the 2011 Equity Joseph Jefferson Award for Director of a Play for "The Seagull", at the Goodman Theatre in Chicago, Illinois.
He was nominated for a 1985 Joseph Jefferson Award for Director of a Play for "Hamlet" at the Wisdom Bridge Theatre in Chicago, Illinois.
He was awarded a 1976 Joseph Jefferson Citation for Director of the
play, "Moonchildren", at the Apollo Theatre in Chicago, Illinois.
