With the news of Paul Haddad’s death spreading, Resident Evil fans from all over have been flocking to Twitter to share their memories of one of the voice actor’s most iconic roles.
For those who are a bit out of the loop, here’s a quick recap. As we recently reported, Paul Haddad, the actor who voiced rookie Raccoon City Police Department cop Leon S. Kennedy in the original Resident Evil 2, passed away earlier this week at the age of 56. The news was originally shared by Invader Studios, an Italian game development company that collaborated with Haddad on their 2019 title, Daymare: 1998. While a cause of death has not been confirmed, there are reports floating around that Paul was battling stage-3 throat cancer.
Unsurprisingly, Twitter is chock-full of reactions, heartfelt comments, and even some impressive fan art from gamers, many of whom have fond memories for the original...

Outside of literally three or four movies, my viewing of Japanese animated movies is completely reliant on Studio Ghibili. That said, I adore the studio and every one of its movies, with Spirited Away being one of my all time favourites. So it was about time I checked out the output from other animation filmmakers in Japan.
As the title would suggest, The Wonderland does have a few influences from Alice in Wonderland. But to be honest, there’s nothing too obvious and it definitely does not feel like a retread of that story. The day before her birthday, a young girl, Akane, meets an alchemist named Hippocrates and his student Pipo. Along with an antique shop owner, Chii, who she is kind of friends with,...

They also released an Attack on Titan promo image, along with a list of the cast and crew who will be involved with the second season.
Fans have been waiting for this series for way too long. I’m still bummed that we have to continue to wait until 2017. and all I have to say is that season two better be worth the wait and the patience. The series was supposed to premiere this year, but it was postponed.
Below you'll find a list of the cast and crew. Hopefully, they will deliver a second season that will be absolutely mind-blowing.
The Crew:
Chief Director: Tetsuro Araki (director of first season)

Can’t get enough of The Avengers hype? Do you love Jon Favreau’s adaptation of Tony Stark/Iron Man? Do you want more Iron Man and less S.H.I.E.L.D.? Does your fandom spill into the realm of animation too?
If you answered yes to any or all of the above, then you need to check out the Marvel Anime: Iron Man The Complete Series on DVD. Using the first Iron Man film as the only required back-story, Sony and Madhouse Animation brought everything that’s great about Japanimation to Iron Man–the mecha look, the fast action, and a slightly edgier approach than what’s typically passed for as cartoons in the states.
The story is set up nicely to bring Tony Stark to Japan because he wants to bring free energy to Japan, applying his life-saving Arc technology to create a large reactor to feed the country.

Marvel has been allowing the Japanese to adapt their characters for nearly 40 years now and the results have always been hit or miss. Thankfully, the most current offering is more successful than most. Back in 2009, Marvel announced it had cut a deal with Madhouse and Sony to let them produce four anime series based on Iron Man, X-Men, Wolverine, and Blade, which at the time were guaranteed film franchise successes. To Madhouse’s credit, they hired Warren Ellis to pen the scripts and help create an integrated, consisted Marvel Anime Universe.
The shows began airing in Japan on Animax in spring 2010 before finding a domestic home on G4 with the last new episodes airing earlier this month. Now, Sony Home Entertainment releases Iron Man and X-Men on DVD this Tuesday. Each two-disc set contains the complete twelve episode arc plus some extra features.
