Rodney Hundley was born on October 26, 1934 in Charleston, West Virginia, USA. He was an actor, known for Mixed Company (1974), Church Ball (2006) and The NBA on CBS (1973). He was married to Florence (Flo) Pellman and Nancy Hammond. He died on March 27, 2015 in Phoenix, Arizona, USA.

Angeles Lakers, 1957-1963.
Is the only NBA player to become a play-by-play announcer.
Played collegiately at West Virginia University along with future Laker
teammate Jerry West.
He was the color commentator for Phoenix Suns broadcasts from 1968 until 1974. He did play-by-play at the end of the 1969-1970 season after the previous announcer, Bill Vache, was killed in an automobile accident.
Will be doing radio only for the Utah Jazz. Until now, he
has been the sole person to do radio/television simulcasts for the New
Orleans/Utah Jazz.
