Nearly two decades after “Boy Meets World” went off the air, fans of the ABC sitcom are hotly divided about one major issue: Where did Mr. Feeny live?
Apparently, some “Boy Meets World” fans think the teacher/principal played by William Daniels lived next door to the Matthews family, offered sage wisdom across a fence dividing the yards on the side of, rather than from behind, their respective houses.
When one fan raised the question over the location of Mr. Feeny’s house on Twitter, it revealed that many, including series star Will Friedle, had been confused about the matter for decades. “It was the kitchen door on the side of the house kids,” Friedle wrote.

A generation divided.
This needs to be bigger than my Ig poll. This could fundamentally change who we are as a whole.

Children of the ’90s were raised by ABC’s iconic comedy block of Tgif sitcoms which included the multicam comedies like Boy Meets World, Family Matters, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, and Perfect Strangers which provided wholesome family-friendly stories that have remained timeless with G-rated delight. The fandom surrounding the shows continues to thrive with nostalgic audiences and the Hulu’s resurgence of these shows affectionately called TGIHulu feeds that to a whole new generation. Boy Meets World creator Michael Jacobs and show star Ben Savage were joined on the Atx dais by Family Matters creator William Bickley and show star Kellie Shanygne Williams as well as Sabrina the Teenage Witch creator Nell Scovell to walk down memory lane and why the classic sitcoms continue to resonate with their surprisingly relevant moral tales.
Let’s not kid ourselves — there is a certain cheesiness that comes with the shows that were part of the Tgif lineup.

Emmy-winning entertainment news journalist Leeza Gibbons listed a residential compound she and husband Steve Fenton used as shared office space in a fashionable neighborhood of West Hollywood, Calif., with an asking price of $3.795 million. The former “Entertainment Tonight” host and 2015 winner of “The Celebrity Apprentice” purchased the property in 2011 for $1.199 million and the many-gabled, somewhat Tudor-ish main house, behind a charming, vine-draped vintage brick and white picket fence, has three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in a bit more than 2,000-square feet. A separate and self-contained guesthouse, where Gibbons’ elder adult son once lived, offers another bedroom and bathroom.
Set in to a puny, steeply gabled porch, the front door opens efficiently if less than ideally directly into a high-ceiled living room anchored by a stone-accented fireplace and filled with light through a tall, multi-paned arched window. A small dining room links the living room to an up-to-date galley kitchen with two-stool...
