Keanu Reeves and Winona Ryder are set to star together in a new romantic comedy called Destination Wedding. If comes from Mad About You writer and executive producer Victor Levin.
This will be the third film that Reeves and Ryder have starred in together. The first film was Francis Ford Coppola's Bram Stoker's Dracula and second was Richard Linklater's A Scanner Darkly. It's kind of cool to see them working together again after all these years.

Superhero comedy starring Brett Goldstein and Catherine Tate set for UK theatrical release.
Signature Entertainment has announced that Jon Drever’s British superhero comedy SuperBob is to receive a theatrical and video-on-demand release.
The film will be released in cinemas on Oct 16 and will be available on home entertainment from Oct 19.
Brett Goldstein, part of the ensemble cast of Ricky Gervais series Derek, stars as a London postman who inherits superpowers and is recruited by the Ministry of Defence - only to become laden in bureaucracy. The cop drama Babylon is as purely pleasurable as a show can be while still being serious. Though this six-part SundanceTV series is credited to a bomb crew of talents — including writers and producers Robert Jones, Jesse Armstrong, and Sam Bain, and feature filmmaker Danny Boyle — it has a singular vision, albeit one that doesn’t necessarily come into focus in the pilot, which is mainly concerned with introducing the characters and their jobs. UK action sci-fi The Call Up is set to begin shooting Nov 10 in Birmingham, UK.
The Charles Barker film follows a group of online gamers who are invited to trial a state-of-the-art virtual reality game, but what starts out like a dream encounter takes a turn for the sinister when the stakes are fatally raised.
Max Deacon (Into the Storm, Hatfields & McCoys) takes the lead role and is joined by a cast of up-and-comers including Morfydd Clark (Madame Bovary), Ali Cook (The Anomaly), and Parker Sawyers (Monsters: Dark Continent).

The BFI Film Fund is to fund two first-time filmmakers - Michael Lennox with A Patch of Fog and Michael Pearce with Beast, through its First Feature Awards.
The Film Fund considers features from first-time directors, working with budgets under £2m ($3.3m), at quarterly intervals
Lennox is a Belfast-born filmmaker who studied directing at the National Film and Television School (Nfts). His short The Back of Beyond was nominated for best short film at the European Film Awards and won awards at Locarno and the Royal Society of Television Awards.
His latest short Boogaloo & Graham was selected to screen at this year’s Toronto International Film Festival.

Anna Walton (Hellboy 2), Tom Wisdom (300), Nick Brimble (A Knight’s Tale) and Emma Cleasby (Dog Soldiers) star in the story of a young widow who is disturbed by a cottage’s previous inhabitant after a failed suicide attempt.
Writer-director Axelle Carolyn’s feature debut is produced by Claire Otway and is a Neil Marshall (The Descent, Dog Soldiers) presentation for Sterling Pictures.
Executive producers on the film are Michael Riley, Giles Daoust, John Wolstenholme and Doug Abbott for Screen Projex, alongside Belgian co-producer Title Media.

SundanceTV has boarded the Danny Boyle-directed Babylon. The network said today it is co-producing with UK’s Channel 4 six new TV format episodes which will air on Sundance in 2015. FX had been exploring joining the comedy-drama series, which is set inside a modern London police force in desperate need of a spruced-up public image. Boyle (Slumdog Millionaire, 28 Days Later, Trainspotting) executive produces with Robert Jones (The Usual Suspects, Dirty Pretty Things) and Derrin Schlesinger (Southcliffe, Four Lions) producing.
