Celebrity trainer Kathy Kaehler, who has trained Jennifer Aniston, Drew Barrymore, Julia Roberts, Kim Kardashian and others, has partnered with Nintendo for the Wii Fit U Challenge to encourage users to find time in their schedules for the at-home exercises. The Academy Award-winning actress remains superfit with discipline - she never misses her 8 a.m. session in the gym. She says, "Working out always boosts my energy level.
