Exclusive: WeForShe has called “Action!” on the 2018 participants for its DirectHer Program. The women’s advocacy group, which is focused on creating practical ways to establish more gender equality in television, today named nine breakout female helmers and the veteran episodic helmers with whom they will be paired.
Directors with experience outside of episodic are identified through the WeForShe Program. They then are partnered with veteran episodic directors who guarantee their work during key parts of production and shooting. The inaugural program for DirectHer placed nine female directors who collectively have gone on to direct 65 episodes of TV so far.

Last night, ABC released the new promo/spoiler clip (below) for their upcoming "Mistresses" episode 2 of season 2, and it appears that things will get quite wild and intriguing as Karen has taken up prostitution, everyone appears to get their sex on, and more. The episode is titled, "Boundaries." In the new,2nd episode, April is going to begin a blissful affair with handsome artist ,Daniel Zamora. Meanwhile, we'll see Josslyn and Harry start to clash over everything when they get paid to throw a lavish party for a rich housewife (guest star Krista Allen). Savannah will arrive back at the firm ,and have to reluctantly share an office with a hot ,new attorney ,named Antonia Ruiz, who will seem to possess no sense of personal boundaries. Karen will get summoned to testify at crazy Elizabeth Grey’s parole hearing. The episode was written by K.J. Steinberg, and it was directed by Ron Lagomarsino.

Veteran entertainment executive Anne Damato has joined Rain Management Group as a TV-focused manager.In addition to having a production arm, Jonathan Baruch's firm represents a variety of actors, directors, writers, and producers. Damato was previously a partner at Rabiner Damato Entertainment. There her clients included writers Marc Halsey of ABC's "Brothers & Sisters" and Lifetime's "The Client List" and Ayanna Floyd of ABC's "Private Practice," as well as directors Ron Lagomarsino of ABC Family’s "Pretty Little Liars" and Nick Copus of CW's "Nikita." Her client list is expected to migrate to join her at Rmg, according to Deadline. Damato's long career has included stints at as a VP of production at FourBoys Films and an executive at Al Pacino's Chal Prods. Her other feature experience was with Threshold Entertainment working on "Mortal Kombat" and its sequel. Moreover, she produced the "Mortal Kombat" series for USA Networks, according to Variety.

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas for Christina Milian.
The actress-singer is attached to star alongside Matt Keeslar ("Scream 3") in the ABC Family telefilm "Snowglobe", which begins production at month's endjuly in Calgary, Canada.
"Snowglobe", one of two original telefilms debuting this year during ABC Family's "25 Days of Christmas", follows a woman who finds she can magically leave the real world behind for the Christmas-themed dreamland in her grandmother's snow globecq. Keeslar plays a love interest she encounters inside the globe.
"Santa Baby" writer Garrett Frawley and Brian Turner penned the script, Ron Lagomarsino will direct, and Craig McNeil and Jody Brockway will executive produce.
Milian's recent acting credits include the TV series "Eight Days a Week" and the feature films "Pulse" and "Be Cool". She also contributed to the soundtracks of "In the Mix", "Be Cool", "The Hot Chick" and the Disney Channel animated series "Kim Possible". She is repped by Endeavor, manager Adena Chawke and attorney Steve Warren.
