Matthew started his career as a coordinator on the popular UK show,
'Spitting Image', he quickly became a production manager on the show,
eventually setting up franchises of the Spitting Image show around
Europe.
In 1997 Matthew left Spitting Image to work as a producer on the BBC's
live show 'Backstage' produced by Lion Television.
Matthew then moved into television dramas and feature films as a
Location Manager. Here he worked on some of the BBC & ITV's major shows
- 'Silent Witness', "Waking the Dead', 'Last Detective' & 'Collision'
along with multiple British films including 'The Sweeney" with Ray
Winstone, "A Long Way Down" with Pierce Brosnan & Toni Collette and
"Black Sea" which is Kevin MacDonald's latest film starring Jude Law.
In 2012 Matthew set up Film Factory Pictures in London where he has
been developing a number of scripts including the project 'Futebol',
based on the international best selling book by Alex Bellos, now in the
final stages of development, with the production being set for 2015.
Matthew has also set up a Production Company in Rio de Janeiro - Viva
Filmes, who are working with Globo, Discovery & other major channels
with a number of factual and drama productions for television.
