- Sir Cameron Mackintosh produced "The Phantom of the Opera", "Cats" (both with music written by Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber), and "Les Miserables". As they stand, they are the three longest running shows on Broadway. "Phantom" is the longest-running show on Broadway, and "Les Miz" is the longest-running musical on the West End, ironically breaking the previous record set by "Cats".
