- (1991) Alison appeared in Night of The Iguana directed by Richard Eyre with Alfred Molina, Eileen Atkins & Frances Barber at the National Theatre, playing Charlotte. In 1994 She acted in Brendan Behan's play, "The Hostage," as Teresa in a Royal Shakespeare Company production at the Barbican Theatre in London, England with John Woodvine and Dearbhla Molloy in the cast. Alison played Laura in The Glass Menagerie directed by David Lan, his directorial debut, with Diana Hardcastle & Sean Dooley at the Watford Palace Theatre.
- (2000) She acted in Oscar Wilde's play, "A Woman of No Importance," at the Royal Exchange Theatre in Manchester, directed by Marianne Elliot playing Hester. Over the years she has played Estella in Great Expectations, Jane Eyre in Jane Eyre and Claire in Aristocrats by Brian Friel. All at the Gate Theatre Dublin and also with Aristocrat in the Lincoln Festival NYC. In 2016 Alison performed in Bloody on Broadway in Symphony Space NYC.
- (1991 - 2016) Alison has performed regularly at the Abbey Theatre; The Dead ( Mary Jane Morkan) directed by Joe Dowling , Six Characters In Search Of An Author ( Step Daughter) directed by John Crowley, The Importance of Being Earnest ( Gwendolyn) directed by Patrick Mason and The Colleen Bawn ( title role) directed by Garry Hynes as well as many other roles. Alison is also a regular Voice OVer artist and can be hear on radio, television, and in cinemas in such capacity
