Good news for Snooki and JWoww: a judge ruled in their favor on Monday (August 19) sp they can keep shooting their MTV series "Snooki & JWoww" in a residential New Jersey neighborhood.
Despite their best efforts to keep the reality stars -- real names Nicole Polizzi and Jennifer Farley -- from shooting in their town, residents of Pelican Island in Berkeley Township, N.J., didn't convince Ocean County Superior Court Judge E. David Millard to grant them an injunction against 495 Productions, the Asbury Park Press reports.
Though Snooki and JWoww won this battle, the war is far from over: a zoning challenge was filed last week by attorney Ron Gasiorowski on behalf of a neighbor two doors down from the house where "Snooki & JWoww" is filmed. The property owner (who previously rented the "Jersey Shore" house to 495 Productions for four seasons) is reportedly seeking a zoning variance to the township's prohibition...
