8. Allison Rafferty
Starting off with a controversial character, Allison Rafferty was only present in Season 2 but still divides fans. Some hate her for her prejudice against Shay just because she once knew a lesbian who wasn’t cool; others praise her professional ethics and attitude — but everyone agrees they’d like to see where she’s at now.
7. Jimmy Borrelli
Jimmy Borrelli was one of the candidates for Truck 81 in Seasons 4 & 5. His personality clashed with the discipline required of him and led to a tragedy: after disobeying Chief Boden’s orders, he was severely injured and lost an eye. While his firefighting career ended prematurely, fans would love to see how his life turned out. Despite his (Chicago) Fiery character, Borrelli didn’t deserve what happened to him.
6. Kevin Hadley
