Morgan wrote the novel upon which the film,
Man of Two Worlds (1934) is based. The novel, first published in 1933, was entitled Man of Two Worlds: The Novel of a Stanger. It was dedicated to "F.A.M. and P.C.M. in appreciation of their unselfish encouragement" (Fanny Ainsworth Morgan, his mother, and Phyllis Cleveland Morgan, his wife) . A copy was given to this writer by Morgan's daughter.
