La-La Land Records has released a new soundtrack edition for the 1986 action adventure film The Golden Child. The 3 CD set includes both John Barry’s unused score and Michel Colombier’s score from the Paramount Pictures-produced movie. The soundtrack set marks the premiere release of Barry’s unused score. Also included are Barry’s unused song Dance A Little Closer performed by Randy Edelman, as well as the composer’s song Best Man in the World performed by Ann Wilson.
