- Meredith spent 3 months personally coaching Channing Tatum in the dance studio IDA Hollywood on how to tap dance like Gene Kelly for the Coen Brother's movie Hail Caesar.
- She won first place in a Marilyn Monroe look-a-like contest by performing "Diamonds Are A Girls Best Friend". She also was chosen to sing "Happy Birthday Birthday Mr. Cheez-It" in Times Square by the Nabisco Company as Marilyn for the 75th anniversary of that very popular cracker.
- Works with the Huntington's Disease Society of America (HDSA) to raise awareness and money for research for a cure. Her grandfather, uncle and cousin have fell ill from the genetic disease.
- Performed with actor Christopher Rodriguez Marquette in "A Christmas Carol" at Madison Square Garden.

- Meredith starred in and choreographed her high school musical "Pippin", that was directed by Craig Brewer (Black Snake Moan (2006), Hustle & Flow (2005) director), whose mother, Gail Brewer, was also Meredith's drama teacher.
- Attended College Park High School in Pleasant Hill, California. Graduated in 1993.
- Attended The American Musical & Dramatic Academy, with actor Jesse Tyler Ferguson, studying in the same class.
- Making her solo jazz show debut at the legendary Birdland Jazz Club in New York City. Her show is titled "Sweet Old Fashioned Girl" and she plans to record an album in the Fall. (March 2010)
- Straight from starring in 42nd Street on Broadway, she is in LA for her first Pilot season. (March 2003)
- In Los Angeles filming ABC's Boston Legal (2004) as "Missy Frank" opposite Tom Selleck. (January 2006)
- Starring as Marilyn Monroe in new musical "Lady On A Carousel". Currently in development for Broadway. (May 2006)
