In this week's edition of Trendsetters at Work, we're in sunny L.A. with Sole Society's chief creative officer, Talitha Peters! The popular e-commerce site is easily one of our favorite fashion fixes on the Web, thanks to its affordable prices, impressive styles and speedy service. We sat down with the powerful (and passionate!) exec to learn a little bit more about her background. Here's what we learned: How did you get started in your career? I started out as an intern at Cloutier Agency for hair, makeup and styling. After spending several years there, I became an agent and then moved into more of a writing role as fashion editor for several e-commerce...

Guest blogger Talitha Peters: Both Drew Carey and Kirstie Alley have struggled with their weight. But look: They're both super-thin now!
Drew Carey once weighed 262 pounds. Now the comedian and TV host has lost a whopping 80 pounds -- and hopes to lose 12 more by October 31. He told Parade Magazine that it was fiancee Nicole Jaracz's 5-year-old son, Connor, who gave him the incentive to get serious about getting healthy. "I couldn't keep up with him," Carey admitted.
The comedian said he would be left breathless and sweating after just a few minutes of playing with the boy. "I'd be like, 'Connor, I can't,' and he'd say, 'C'mon, Dad!'" said Carey. "That was a terrible feeling. I thought, 'I'm never going to see him graduate high school.'" The fact that Carey's own dad died of a heart attack when he was just in his 40s was another motivation.

Guest blogger Talitha Peters: Though Demi Moore's incredible body was recently displayed all over Twitter (she herself posted the pics, of course), rumor has it that it's her handsome husband who's pulling a Jesse James.
Well, the situation's not quite as extreme as all that, but Ashton Kutcher's texts to an alleged mistress are being published in this week's Star Magazine. Is there really trouble in paradise? (Ashton's alleged mistress looks a lot like Demi ....)
According to Ashton's text messages to the alleged mistress, the two hooked up at least one time. He apparently texted her numerous times after the hookup, then finally told her that he had to end it, saying that he couldn't see anyone other than his wife.
Though lately Ashton and Demi have seemed to stand by one another, we are assuming that this situation is taking a huge toll on their relationship...

Guest blogger Talitha Peters: It's one thing when moms and grandmoms Facebook, tweet and whatever else, but it's another thing when they take their social-media skills to the next level. Demi Moore has been tweeting pictures of herself all year long -- most recently, images of herself in a bathroom sporting a teensy bikini. I wonder what her daughters were thinking ....
I know what mine would say: "Mommmmmmmm, Ewwwww!" Now granted, the lady looks ridiculously good, but still, even if you're Heidi Klum or Alessandra Ambrosio, some things should be kept to yourself -- especially when you're a mom with kids old enough to have their own Twitter accounts! Hubby Ashton Kutcher even got in on the action, putting on his wife's top for a shot. And did you see the one wherein Demi was bent over in her underwear?!
Most of us would be mortified if pictures like these were shown to anyone,...

Paris Hilton's bed, living room suite and furniture items are being offered to the highest bidder as she plans a remodel. The socialite is selling off her stuff at auction through website Starstyle.com, where fans can pick up a piece of Hilton for a fraction of the price she spent on top-end items. And Starstyle.com spokeswoman Talitha Peters insists the Internet auction lot is complete - even Hilton's scratched headboard and mattress are part of the sale of the top item. She says, "The bed is hers, the mattress is hers, the boxspring is hers... The bed is hot." Added to the value of another item, a glass-topped coffee table, is heel marks - believed to be Hilton's - on the surface. Also up for grabs are cushions, exotic tables and lamps, which Peters claims cost the socialite a whopping $2,000 each when Hilton bought them.
