There once existed a very profound man who said there are two types of people in this world: those who raise hell, and those who raise hair. Okay, nobody actually said that to my knowledge, but it seemed like as good of a jumping off point for today’s Arrow article as any.
Now that spring has finally arrived, it’s only a matter of time before our favorite shows wrap their current seasons. In the case of Arrow, its seventh go-round is set to conclude on May 13th, so be sure to mark your calendar because odds are Beth Schwartz and company are crafting a real barn-burner.
From the look of it, shooting will commence on said episode in the very near future because lead actor Stephen Amell managed to turn all the right heads as he’s usually able to by posting a cryptic photo on Twitter captioned...

If you’ve been keeping up with the current season of Arrow, then you’re well aware of how Emiko’s been running around while wearing the very same costume donned by Oliver Queen in the previous two years. Granted, it made sense for her to borrow the look while he was in prison, but he didn’t change his attire once he was released. The only difference is that he now wears his hood down and has jettisoned the domino mask.
So, if the siblings are to work side by side, then it’d make very little sense for them to be wearing the same suit, right? Fortunately, one of them decided to concede by getting a different costume. As it turns out, that’s Emiko. After all, with the series ending after its next season, it may not be worth the effort to design something new for Ollie.

At this point in time, it may be fair to say that Arrow season 7’s true big bad is that of Dante. After being built up as a whisper on the lips of Argus and Ricardo Diaz for months, we finally met the international terrorist and banker during his most recent trip to Star City. And before that particular episode concluded, viewers learned that he’s in collusion with Emiko Queen.
To be honest, it’s entirely possible that Emiko may emerge as a force for good before the current season wraps, though you never know when producers will deviate from the source material. Because of that possibility, we can’t be certain she’s to be trusted.
For those unfamiliar, Emiko’s comic book counterpart also had history with Dante’s organization, the Ninth Circle, but she eventually transitioned to becoming Red Arrow. Based on what we can gather...

Hoon Lee as Job, who is much more than a man who likes lipstick and pretty things.
It might be easy to write off the series Banshee as just another testasterone-heavy action series with a lead actor who regularly (and thankfully) is without clothes. However, as we've seen throughout season one (which wraps up tonight at 10pm on Cinemax), there is much more not just in the town of Banshee but also to it's cavalcade of interesting characters.
We had talked previously with lead Antony Starr and one of the more interesting components to his character, Lucas Hood, is his relationship with Job, played with tip-to-tail finesse by Hoon Lee. Whereas Hood oozes masculinity and tends to start a fight and then ask questions later, Job is a blend of sophistication, smarts, snark and also happens to sport the most fabulous make-up and clothes.
In our chat with Lee earlier this week,...
