New York – Bloomberg TV has signed former CBS News and CNBC correspondent Trish Regan. The announcement was made Monday by Andrew Morse, head of Bloomberg Television in the U.S. Regan exited CNBC last March; she hosted The Call at the NBCUniversal-owned business news network. Beginning Jan. 9, Regan will co-anchor Bloomberg TV’s afternoon market block Street Smart from 3-5 p.m. She’ll also anchor primetime specials and contribute to the network’s 2012 election coverage. Trish Regan’s been seen a lot lately on Good Morning America and appeared as recently as last night on ABC World News. She was represented in this deal by Octagon’s John Ferriter and George Arquilla.
