Lin-Manuel Miranda and Mandy Gonzalez passionately duet “Cielito Lindo” in a new preview video for charity album, Singing You Home – Children’s Songs for Family Reunification. The bilingual LP will benefit organizations helping to reunite and support families separated at the border.
In the clip, the pair are seen in separate studios while tracking the popular Mexican anthem. As they emotively sing with their eyes closed, a split screen brings them together – a metaphorical visualization of unifying separated people that mirrors the LP’s premise – as they beautifully harmonize.

It's hard to believe seven years have passed since Dread Central opened its doors on July 4th, 2006, declaring our independence from those who were holding us back, but alas... it is so. This past year has been stranger than most, but truth be told, that's how we like it.
Each year I personally take this time to acknowledge staffers past and present so please allow me my usual time to indulge myself. First, our foundation ... The Foywonder, Andrew Kasch, Buz Wallick, Scott Johnson, Mr. Dark, and Nomad. These cats have been here since Day One and helped build this nuthouse brick by brick. I don't care whether they contribute a lot or a little. The simple fact that they've stood by us so long always makes me realize how truly lucky and blessed we are. Gracias for your never-ending loyalty.
A special shout-out to the following DC soldiers that have...

Blending spirituality and horror may seem a daunting task for some, but for Jonathan Ryan, who has spoken to thousands of people regarding faith and maintains a column on Dread Central—a widely respected online source for horror news—it is second nature. Jonathan credits summers with his grandmother, who allowed him to check out the scariest books from the library, for imbuing him with the respect and hunger for the paranormal that helped him to write this novel.
In addition to writing 3 Gates of the Dead, to be published by Premier Digital Publishing in both eBook and print on October 15, 2013, Jonathan has written for: The Huffington Post,...

New British comedy horror 'Grabbers' premiered at the Sundance festival yesterday and hopefully everyone who managed to get in thoroughly enjoyed the Jon Wright helmed project. Twitch Film managed to score an exclusive clip from the movie which features stars Richard Coyle ('Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time'), Russell Tovey ('Being Human') and Ruth Bradley ('Primeval'). Sadly the clip doesn't reveal anything of the 'tentacled aliens'. If you didn't already know the action takes place on an island off the coast of Ireland that is invaded by bloodsucking aliens. And the only way to survive? To get drunk!! That's right, all the locals have to get totally wasted in order to fend of these bloodsuckers. Sounds like one hell of a plan, or excuse. Bronagh Gallagher, Ned Dennehy, Stuart Graham, Lalor Roddy, Jonathan Ryan, Barbara Adair, Louis Dempsey and David Pearse also star.
