- Co-produced, with Lee Shubert and J.J. Shubert, the musical comedy "Walk With Music," with music by Hoagy Carmichael and lyrics by Johnny Mercer. The production ran at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre from June 4 to July 20, 1940, for a total of 55 performances.
- Produced the Broadway comedy "Bachelor Born," which played at the Morosco Theatre from January 25 to March 5, 1938, and at the Lyceum Theatre from March 7, 1938 to January 31, 1939, for a total of 400 performances.
