Dave Chappelle is famous for his comedy, but if he’s serious about one thing, it’s being a father.
“Listen man: The first time I traveled with my kid by myself … to this day, it might’ve been one of the scariest things I’ve ever done in my life,” the actor and comedian, 43, says in a conversation with his friend and former Chappelle’s Show costar Donnell Rawlings for an episode of Discovery Life‘s Project Dad, airing Tuesday.
“I took him all the way to Dubai. Everything they need, you just have to be on it,” Chappelle tells Rawlings,...

The competition was stiff in MTV News' Britney Spears Tournament: 30 Videos for 30 Years, but we're finally at the homestretch.
After narrowing 30 videos down to the final two — Brit's sweaty, old-school clip for "I'm a Slave 4 U" and her newer, equally sexy one for "Criminal" — it's all up to fans to decide which video will reign supreme on Friday (December 2), Britney's 30th birthday.
But before you cast your vote, let's take a deeper dive into the Francis Lawrence-directed video for "Slave."
Up until the raw clip, Britney's sex-kitten antics had been reserved for the PG set, but with "Slave 4 U," the singer launched herself into full-on sex-siren status. Appearing in the video drenched in sweat,...

What Pauly D needs is a little less hustle and a lot more flow. And, um, talent. At least, that's what his record-spinning brethren seem to think, as they've risen up against his inclusion as one of the 100 finalists in the competition for America's Best DJ. The Jersey Shore star, who never met a pomade or bench press he didn't like, made the cut alongside such vaunted turntablists as Jazzy Jeff (when it rains Fresh Prince news, it pours, hmmm?), MTV fixture DJ Skribble, Moby, Crystal Method, Grandmaster Flash and ?uestlove, currently bringing the jams and the funny as part of The Roots, Jimmy Fallon's houseband. Z-Trip, last year's winner of the coveted title, didn't start...

World-famous crowd-pleaser DJ Z-Trip will be the new resident DJ at the Rain nightclub in the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas on Friday nights, setting up his turntables on the night formerly run by his good friend, the late DJ Am. "I have done a couple of these in the past here and there, but it never really worked out because I'm always touring," he said. "They offered me this a while back and...

DJ Am will reportedly be buried on Wednesday (September 2), but the imprint he left on hip-hop won't soon be forgotten.
"Sometimes, you gotta just look in the mirror and reflect and take control of yourself first and foremost," Rick Ross said of the late DJ. "A lot of time, we're quick to speak on other's situations and what's going on. But we gotta reflect and grasp what's happening. When I hear situations like DJ Am, its very unfortunate. I'm one of the dudes that's cool with Travis Barker. They went through their situation [with the South Carolina plane crash]. I talked to Travis a short time after that. When Am made his recovery, it was at a club in L.A. I came out, kicked it, bought some T-shirts,...
