TOKYO -- The Last Chip, by Melbourne-based filmmaker Heng Tang, won the Grand Prix at Tokyo's eighth annual Short Shorts Film Festival. Chip tells the story of three lonely immigrants to Australia who pin their hopes on winning a jackpot at the local casino. The film is also nominated for this year's Academy Award short films category.
