Two fire officials on duty during Michael Jackson's 1984 Pepsi commercial shoot get candid with "The Insider" about what caused the accident that burned the King of Pop's scalp. Capt. Jerry Thomas was the assigned fire marshal present on the set of the now-infamous commercial shoot, and he describes what went wrong: "The last scene that he got injured, Michael stood and posed near the special effects materials and when he did that, he sustained the injuries and the special effects materials ignited his hair."
