- Paul Wagner was born on August 24, 1899 in Cologne, Germany. He was an actor, known for The Captain from Köpenick (1931), Teenage Wolfpack (1956) and The Blue Swords (1949). He died on January 11, 1970 in West Berlin, West Germany.
