Quentin Tarantino's girlfriend Lianne MacDougall has been accused of plagiarism by fellow horror film critics.
MacDougall, who writes under the pseudonym Lianne Spiderbaby, was condemned by Mike White of the Impossible Funky blog for allegedly stealing entire passages from writers for Empire, HighDefDigest and Critical-Film.
The material appeared as part of a regular column MacDougall was writing for FEARnet, which has since pulled all of her work.
White detailed her counts of 'plagiarism' in a blog entitled Who Does Your Girlfriend Think She's Fooling?, highlighting sections apparently copied word-for-word from other websites.
MacDougall has since blocked access to her own website, Fright Bytes, as well as its YouTube channel of the same name and her Twitter account.
It is unclear at this time whether or not the publication of her forthcoming book, Grindhouse Girls: Cinema's Hardest Working Women, will be compromised in any way by the scandal.
