The Yellowstone universe has extended even further, reaching the realm of ecommerce.
101 Studios, the entertainment company that produces the show for creator Taylor Sheridan, has partnered with entrepreneur and Today show personality Jill Martin on Shop the Scenes. Launched late last year, the new shopping vertical allows viewers the chance to buy items featured on the show, in the background and on characters like Beth and John Dutton or Rip Wheeler, or items inspired by the show. For example, shoppers can pick up Beth Dutton items like a set of 85 turquoise earrings all the way up to a blue Aztec coat for 1,495 or a faux fur lynx coat for 995.
“The whole idea is never to disrupt the creative process,” says 101 CEO and Yellowstone executive producer David Glasser explains to THR. “The creators put all the elements together and then what we do is make them shoppable. Jill Martin, the creative genius behind it,...

“Exploitation At Its Wor—ER, Finest!”
By Raymond Benson
There have always been what have been termed in the motion picture industry “exploitation films,” even back in the silent days. The late 1930s and much of the 1940s, however, saw a deluge of cheap, not-even-“B” pictures made, usually independently of Hollywood and marketed in guerilla fashion as “educational” adult fare. You know the type. Reefer Madness. Child Bride. Mom and Dad.
Dwain Esper was one of the most notorious directors who made these types of pictures in the 1930s. He was assuredly the Ed Wood of that decade. He purposely chose sensational subjects—drug use, sexuality—and produced them independently of Hollywood. The Production Code was in full force during most of his working years, so distribution had to be done in creative ways—renting theaters and advertising locally that the films...

Kelly Clarkson - the original "American Idol"-- is fairly confident that her 2002 stint on the Fox reality hit properly prepared her for her upcoming reality singing competition, "Duets."

In an interview with 'Access Hollywood,' Kris Humphries reveals how he really feels about his 72-day marriage to Kim Kardashian. Seemingly candid and relaxed, Kris Humphries, 27, sat down with Access to set the record straight that he married Kim Kardashian, 31, for all the right reasons. “To me it was real," he told reporter Jill Martin. I would never go through something or do something that wasn’t real or I didn’t believe in, so I can really only speak for myself in terms of that." Despite being attacked on the court by booing fans and off the court by the tabloids, The Hump seems unphased. Kris Humphries is responding to speculation that his 72-day marriage to Kim Kardashian was a sham.
During an "Access Hollywood" interview, set to air Tuesday night, host Jill Martin asks the 26-year-old NBA player if his short-lived marriage to the reality star was "real."
"To me it was real," Humphries said. "I would never go through something or do something that wasn't real or I didn't believe in, so I can really only speak for myself in terms of that."
Humphries also revealed that he's not dating anyone at the moment; rather, he's focused on playing basketball: "My girlfriend is Spalding," he joked.
Kardashian has repeatedly denied that she married for publicity, most recently while co-hosting "Live! With Kelly" late last month.
