During Monday’s first knockout episode of “The Voice” Season 18, Team Blake Shelton said hello to new artist Joanna Serenko and goodbye to Levi Watkins and Cam Spinks. The country superstar stole Joanna from John Legend‘s team in a hard-fought battle against Nick Jonas, bringing Blake’s number of artists to six. Tour our photos above for a closer look at Blake’s updated team for “The Voice” Season 18.

After John cut Joanna from his team, the St. Louis, Missouri native had a big choice to make: should she rekindle her relationship with Nick, who eliminated her in the battles, or try someone new with Blake? “We had a great run, but I just think I just need to move on,” Joanna told Nick as the studio audience applauded wildly.

As we lurch ever closer to the uncertainty of whether The Voice will be able to stage any kind of live episodes in Season 18, the pretaped Knockouts kicked off Monday. And did they ever pack a punch! At least one sing-off — Team Kelly’s CammWess and Megan Danielle’s — was so impressive, it made me rethink my stance on how easy the coach’s decisions are. It also led to the strangest tangent ever about what it’s like when Blake Shelton blows out his Spanx. (It resembles a half-open can of biscuits, it turns out.) How was the rest of the night?...

The Knockout round kicked off Monday night on NBC's The Voice, with James Taylor joining as celebrity mentor. Coaches Blake Shelton, Kelly Clarkson, John Legend and Nick Jonas each get one steal for this round. The artists who they saved during the Battles will also have to go head-to-head for the final spot in the live shows.
The first Knockout face-off came from Team Blake. Shelton had Joei Fulco and Levi Watkins sing against one another. Watkins performed “I Ain’t Living Long Like This," working with Taylor to arrange the song in a way that suited his ...

Producers of “The Voice” have a radical new idea for the Knockout round of Season 18, which begins Monday night. The four saved artist from the previous Battle episodes will compete for one slot in the live shows, which will premiere at an unknown future date due to health concerns. That will give the audience a Top 17 since each coach will carry forward four artists from these two Knockout shows that were already pre-recorded months ago.
The singers competing for this unconventional 17th slot are:
Todd Michael Hall (Team Blake Shelton)
Samantha Howell (Team Kelly Clarkson)
Nelson Cade, III (Team John Legend)
Michael Williams (Team Nick Jonas)

Cedrice, one of the favorites on “The Voice” Season 18, was dealt a huge blow during Monday’s final battle episode when her coach John Legend pit her against powerhouse singer Thunderstorm Artis. Both artists had a realistic shot of making it to the finale, so did Legend goof by pairing them up against each other, thereby risking losing one of them? Luckily for Cedrice, rival coach Blake Shelton used his steal on her after Legend eliminated her and kept Thunderstorm. Kelly Clarkson and Nick Jonas then congratulated Shelton on his decision in a rare show of unity from the competitive judges. Watch the haunting cover of “Stay” by Rihanna feat. Mikky Ekko above.

On February 25, 2020, Levi Watkins went up on stage for a blind audition hoping to have at least one of the judges turn his chair. It took Blake Shelton around 50 seconds to turn his chair, and the country singer was surprised to find that Levi was only fourteen. For Blake, he felt he had hit the jackpot and could not help but rub it in the faces of the other judges. Levi, on the other hand, thought it was a dream come true since he got Blake to be his coach, and the teenager cannot wait to become

We’re halfway through “The Voice” Season 18 blind auditions, with each coach coming closer and closer to completing their teams. As of this writing, Blake Shelton has 6 of his 10 artists, while Kelly Clarkson, John Legend and Nick Jonas currently have 5 of 10. Yep, you read that right. As Kelly explained during Monday’s episode, this season the coaches’ teams will consist of 10 contestants apiece as opposed to the normal 12. With all four Blocks being utilized already, that means “The Voice” judges will have to rely on their savvy pitches in order to convince the remaining artists to join them.
How many artists does each “The Voice” coach still need to complete their Season 18 teams? We’ll be updating this page after every blind audition episode airs on NBC, so keep checking back.

Were I to sum up the second night of The Voice’s Season 18 Blind Auditions in the style of Nick Jonas’ destined-to-be-infamous notes, I’d scribble down the words “fun” and “eh.” There was a little more light hazing of the new coach (and he met a contestant whose email address had once been NickJLover), Kelly Clarkson found herself blocked (and on one of her own hits, no less!), and stepping into the spotlight was at least one really promising wannabe (and a few somewhat less promising ones). Read on — we’ll discuss, then you can vote for your favorite...

The Blind Auditions continued Tuesday night on season 18 of NBC's The Voice. John Legend had already used his block for this round, but Kelly Clarkson, Blake Shelton and Nick Jonas all started the night with their blocks still available.
Jonas went ahead and used that block right away when Arei Moon took the stage to perform Clarkson's own "Miss Independent." He blocked Clarkson, taking her out of the running. Meanwhile, Shelton and Legend didn't enter the fray, so Moon landed on Team Nick by default.
