- David Cole was a staff engineer at Capitol/EMI Records for 9 years, working with many great artists, such as Bob Seger, Tina Turner, Frankie Beverly & Maze, Richard Marx, Tonio K., and others. Later, he became a staff producer and left to work a similar position at MCA Records. After 2 years, he became a freelancer and has recorded/mixed/produced hits for a variety of artists, such as Melissa Etheridge, N*SYNC, Cake, Luis Fonsi, Oscar De La Hoya, Natalie Cole, 98 Degrees, Vixen, Kenny Rogers, Emerson Drive, Josh Groban, Roger McGuinn, Michael Bolton, and many others.
Cole's film work began with individual songs he mixed for movies including, About Last Night (1986), Iron Eagle (1986), and Orange County (2002).
