Satine Sorensen

Satine was born in Miami, from a Norwegian father and Bulgarian mother and is a quadruple threat. She is trained in ballet, contemporary, jazz, tap, as well as in classical and contemporary singing. Her vocal range extends from G3 to E5.
She spent 7 years training with the American Taekwondo Association earning a second-degree black belt, and 2 years as a competitive swimmer.
She was a finalist at "Young Talent Big Dreams" contest as a drummer. Satine can be seen in all 3 seasons in James Patterson's Tv Series "Kids Stew" on PBS as a series regular, where she plays many different characters. Her theater lead roles include Mowgli in "The Jungle Book", Young Ebenezer in "Christmas Carol" and Donkey in "Shrek". Satine has been in the advanced group at Miami Children's Chorus for 5 years doing live performances and recordings with Award winning artist such as a 14-time Grammy and Latin Grammy winner and National Medal of Arts recipient Paquito D'Rivera and "Voices8".
She graduated with honors from New World School of the Arts in Musical Theatre, a Magnet Conservatory High School Program for the Performing Arts. She also completed an Intensive Summer Shakespeare Program at the prestigious Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts (RADA) in London working with actors seen in major TV and film productions.
Satine's favorite things to do is watch movies and TV series, loves intricate storytelling, actors, directors, cinematography, and the art of filmmaking altogether. When off of her intense schedule, she spends time reading, writing, listening to all genres of music and cuddling with her two favorite dogs Luna and Gypsy.
She is currently pursuing a BFA in Acting from SUNY Purchase NY (2027) and aspires to one day write and direct film aside her acting career.
