Gogo De Lys was born on August 17, 1908 in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. She was an actress, known for Northern Exposure (1933), No Sale (1938) and Television Highlights (1936). She was married to Robert L. Redd. She died on February 19, 2003 in Los Angeles, California, USA.
Her talent earned her the nickname "The Canadian Canary" from 'Walter
Winchell'.
Singer of the 1920s and 1930s who toured with the Jimmy Grier Band, and
in 1935 became one of the original featured singers on "Your Hit
Parade", eventually getting her own show on NBC radio "Gogo DeLys
Sings".
