Hey, "Riverdale" fans. It's time to get extra excited because The CW has finally put out the very first press release for the big premiere episode 1 of the show's upcoming second season! The press release gives a brief teaser description of what we can expect to see in the episode. It definitely sounds like things will get extremely intense as Fred's life will be hanging by a thread. Veronica's father Hiram shows up. Jughead and Betty start questioning Fred's shooter's true motives and more. The press release also revealed that this episode is titled, "Chapter Fourteen: A Kiss Before Dying." We had already revealed the title during the summer, but we thought we'd go ahead and mention it again for those of you who didn't get the first memo. Their main description starts off by using all capital words: "The Angel Of Death." So, that seems pretty interesting and chilling.

With the next “super season” set to commence in just under three weeks, it’s only understandable that The CW pulls out all the stops in order to assure that viewers come back for another helping. And usually when we’re that close to any specific episode airing, synopses are bound to surface online, effectively bringing some minor spoilers along with them. In this case, that rule applies to fan favorites Legends Of Tomorrow and Arrow.
First, let’s talk about Legends of Tomorrow because it’ll be the first of these two shows to air. In “Aruba-Con,” we’ll see the Waverider crew bereft of the ship they call home and, apparently, carrying on with life in this broken timeline. Seriously, with dinosaurs running amok in the streets and Julius Caesar being a beach bully, I’m not sure if I’d be able to even sleep, so how do they manage?...

Well, tonight is the night that DC’s Legends of Tomorrow concludes its second season, becoming the first of its Arrowverse brethren to do so this spring. And although this year certainly had its ups and downs, it’s undeniable that the series has been on fire for the past few weeks and will be missed until it returns this fall. But for now, we’ll just have to live in the moment and enjoy these two clips from the finale.
The first sneak peek granted sees the Legion of Doom consorting in a tent, but with a bit of a twist. You see, Damien Darhk and Captain Cold seem to be at the point in time before the latter was messing with Heat Wave’s head, only to be joined by Eobard Thawne and Malcolm Merlyn, who bring them up to speed by saying that we’re all in...

Although The CW already put out an extended promo for the season finale of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow a few days ago, they’ve thankfully decided to drop something considerably meatier knowing that this episode will be a bit of a game changer in addition to being the last episode to air until the fall. As such, they probably want to pull in as many viewers as they can.
Seeing as how Eobard Thawne not only rewrote reality in this week’s episode and then threw salt in the wound by destroying the Spear of Destiny, the Waverider crew has been left with no choice but to travel back to an exact time they’ve already visited and attempt to prevent the powerful artifact from ever falling into the hands of the Legion of Doom. Knowing that they’ll interact with earlier versions of themselves, I can’t help...

Showing that history can repeat itself, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow has once again saved the best for last, making the final episodes of the season the strongest yet, just as they did one year ago. And with the season finale now less than one week away, let’s hope the show continues to impress.
After Eobard Thawne succeeded in rewriting reality and destroying the Spear of Destiny in order to cement the new status quo, the Waverider crew is forced to break an important rule of time travel: Going back to a point in history you’ve already been to and interacting with that version of yourself. It’s risky, sure, but the alternative of living in a world where the Reverse Flash gets whatever he wants probably doesn’t seem all that enticing for anyone.

Sometimes, we can't quite believe The Following is able to get away with its brutal, deeply unpleasant, and gory murders...
This review contains spoilers.
3.2 Boxed In
This season of The Following has been promised to be a kinder, gentler Following. Can a show like this really be kinder and gentler when stabbings, mayhem, torture, and anguish are still an integral part in what makes it work? Well, yes and no. There are still people being stabbed and shot, people are still being tortured and murdered, and folks seem to get kidnapped every few hours. The mantra is Ryan Hardy lies, people die, and the second episode of The Following takes that to heart in spectacular fashion.
There's a plan in place, and that plan involves a recently purchased electric chair. Apparently you can just buy those after the state executioner decommissions them, and all you need is a giant scary...

Is The Following currently the most violent, bloody show on television? This week's episode suggests so...
This review contains spoilers.
2.6 Fly Away
If I had to make a bet, I would say that on The Following there will not be an unperforated torso by the end of the season. Ryan is nursing a gunshot wound, and yet despite that, he still manages to gut someone with a fold-out tactical knife. Several of Lily's “International House of Psychos” family members get their torsos mangled this week, some courtesy of Joe, some courtesy of Ryan, and some courtesy of Mike (who was stabbed in the first season, checking him off the gut wound list). You've got so many knives and guns and surprisingly sharp fireplace pokers getting rammed into people or waved at people in a threatening manner that it's kind of difficult to keep track,...

The Following, Season 2, Episode 5, “Fly Away”
Written by Dewayne Jones
Directed by Rob Seidenglanz
Airs Mondays at 9pm (Et) on Fox
For the most part, the second season of The Following has been miles ahead of its first. Between Lily Grey’s (Connie Nielsen) psychotic family, Ryan’s (Kevin Bacon) dark but understandable obsession with killing Joe (James Purefoy), and Purefoy’s continuously enjoyable performance, The Following has been a lot of fun. However, “Fly Away”, the season’s sixth episode, is uneven.
What’s become obvious in these last six episodes is that Mark and Luke (Sam Underwood) have turned into The Following’s most compelling characters, outside of Joe. There are some great scenes in “Fly Away” and the majority of them belong to Luke and Mark. Luke’s disbelief that Gisele (Camille De Pazzis) is gone, his taunting of Ryan, Mike (Shaun Ashmore), and Max (Jessica Stoup...

Directed By: Rob Seidenglanz
Original Airdate: 24 February 2014
In This Episode…
Picking up where we left off last week, Mark heads into the main house and he hears noises coming from Luke’s room. Naughty noises. Luke admits Giselle is back and alludes to them fooling around. Mark is a little naive and pushes his way into the room. Giselle is dead, laying in bed. Mark freaks, Luke insists she is just sleeping, then breaks down, crying, saying that Ryan killed her.
Down the hall, Joe and Lily are luxuriating in post-coital bliss. But Lily has lots to do - she has planned out everything. She, Joe, and the kids will take a small plane to Boston, where they will hop into a private jet and fly down to Venezuela. She has an enormous beach-front property there, they don’t extradite, and...
