Castellani is an actor, director and author.
He debuted in awards winning

and then he had a small role in
Don Bosco (1988) alongside the
legendary
Ben Gazzara. In 1991 he acted in
...Se non avessi l'amore (1991)

later, alongside his friend and colleague

Protect and Survive (1976)
produced by the British government during the late 1970s to inform
British citizens on how to protect themselves during a nuclear attack.
