Former Hear'Say popstar Kym Lomas has revealed to Digital Spy that everyone keeps asking her to take part in a second series of ITV2's Big Reunion.
Lomas, now starring in Coronation Street, was one of the founder members of Popstars reality TV winners Hear'Say in 2000, but she walked out on the band two years later.
Danny Foster, Myleene Klass, Suzanne Shaw and Noel Sullivan replaced Lomas with Johnny Shentall, but they failed to match their early chart success and split 10 months later.
Speaking to DS at the Royal Television Society Awards last night (March 19), the singer-turned-actress said: "I've been asked about [The Big Reunion] a lot actually. People keep saying, 'Why aren't you doing it?'
"It's hard work being in a pop band. You're away from home a lot. It's not great when you have children. I love what I'm doing now and I don't miss it."
Hear'Say launched in 2000 and achieved two No.

Celebrity Butcher, Animals on Ice, Strictly Greengrocers... Thankfully none of these reality shows has actually been made, but worryingly we could easily believe they might be in some dim and depressing future. For every barmy-but-great reality series (I'm A Celeb), there have been at least twice as many stinkers (Back To Reality, Celeb Love Island). In tribute to the shows that flopped, we've brought together our top five worst reality series of all time! 5. CelebAir
"A real plane, flying to real places, staffed by real celebrities!" Well at least the ITV2 pitch was half right, because there were definitely real planes involved. However, we'd be stretching it a bit to categorise Johnny Shentall, Chico and Amy Lamé as genuine celebs. CelebAir sounded awful on paper and didn't get much better (more)...

The stars of ITV2's new reality series CelebAir have discussed joining the mile high club. Glamour model Michelle Marsh admitted that she could not see herself having sex with her husband in an airplane bathroom. "I don't know how anyone could do it in those stinky little toilets, there is no room in there whatsoever," she said. "If I had the whole plane to myself and you could use the seats then fair enough, but not the little loo!" Ex-Hear'Say singer Johnny Shentall speculated that he could get kicked off the show for sneaking off with his wife Lisa Scott-Lee. (more)...

Lisa Scott-Lee and Johnny Shentall have admitted that being married has sparked competition between them on reality show CelebAir. The couple, who met nine years ago when ex-Hear'Say singer Shentall was a backing dancer for Steps, are among 11 celebrities training to become airline staff on the ITV2 series. Shentall insisted that his wife has more of a competitive streak than him, saying: "She thinks she's going to win! You think you're going to beat me. To be fair, I'm laid back so I don't really care [about winning]." Scott-Lee stated that she (more)...
