- Jason Pearson has worked on marketing and creative for 63 films since first joining the marketing team in 2004 for The Passion of the Christ. His projects have included; Narnia, The Shack, Ben-Hur, Son of God, The Polar Express, Rocky Balboa, and Star Wars Episode I. Pearson is the Principal of Pearpod, a boutique marketing and design firm in Southern California. Pearson is the Co-founder of two technology companies (Blender Magazine and Online Giving/Starwire) both successfully acquired.
Pearson cut his teeth in the music industry creating album campaigns for David Bowie, Nine Inch Nails, Aphex Twin, Gil Scott-Heron and a bunch of artists you've never hear of. He was the co-founder of Blender Magazine which was sold to Dennis Publishing. Blender was the first digital publication to be included in the permanent collections of the Smithsonian and the Victoria & Albert Museums. Blender was named Ad Age magazine of the year.
