Castle (Nathan Fillion) tries on his space cowboy outfit from his time on Firefly. Alexis (Molly Quinn) says he wore it five years ago. "Don't you think you should move on?" She's reading the Pit and the Pendulum by Edgar Allan Poe which should have been a clue to Castle's outfit at the end. She's skipping his Hallowe'en party this year. She's looking after a baby egg for school, called Fagin. Beckett (Stana Katic) calls about a case. A man is found in the cemetery with a stake though him. Castle loves this time of year. He also loves walking in cemeteries since there are so many stories behind the graves, pointing out one called Elizabeth Dryden, but there's no year for when she died, which of course was another clue for the current case. Castle 'looks like Buffy visited.' Lanie (Tamala Jones) thinks the Db hit his...

In a world of television programs now overrun with reality series, CBS is giving viewers yet another to watch. The latest is a series that will see average Americans competing in intense strength competitions.
"America's Strongest American" will begin shooting a one-hour pilot in Las Vegas over the weekend. Unlike other series where professional weightlifters and muscle men compete, this series will see more average Americans competing in more realistic challenges to gain the title of "Strongest American."
The new reality series will be produced by Michael Davies ("Who Wants to Be a Millionaire"), along with Barry Frank. Ben Bailey of "Cash Cab" will host the show, along with Michelle Merkin of "Celebrity Drive-By."
The new series joins a slew of other reality series programs being developed by CBS, including one on arranged marriages, a crazy car obstacle course and a missing person's investigation show.

CBS has ordered a new reality project in which ordinary Americans will compete in crazy strength competitions.
Shooting under the cheeky working title "America's Strongest American," producer Michael Davies ("Who Wants to Be a Millionaire") shot a one-hour pilot in Las Vegas during the weekend.
Ben Bailey ("Cash Cab") and Michelle Merkin ("Celebrity Drive-By") are signed as hosts.
"Strongest" will differ from the strongman competitions seen on networks like Espn, where professional muscleheads compete for weightlifting titles. The challenges will be scaled to suit a more average physique. The project continues a recent trend toward networks developing lighter and more comedic reality fare.
CBS' other reality projects in the pipeline include a series on arranged marriage, a missing persons investigative series, an auto obstacle course project and a competition show pitting neighbors against one another.
Embassy Row and Img will produce "Strongest," with Barry Frank joining Davies as executive producer.

New York -- Img Sports Media will become the exclusive media rights agent for the college football Bowl Championship Series beginning in 2011.
Fox Sports has the TV rights to the Bcs championship games through 2009 as well as the Tostitos Fiesta, FedEx Orange and Allstate Sugar Bowls through 2010. The Rose Bowl has the championship game in 2011.
Img's deal is with the universities and conferences involved in the Bcs. The unit of Img Worldwide takes over for Kevin O'Malley, a former CBS Sports executive who negotiated the rights on behalf of the Bcs. Img's rights will be managed by executive vp Barry Frank, who has worked at ABC and CBS.
A new Bcs rights deal is likely to come up within the next couple of months as Fox's exclusive negotiating window might come up as early as September. Fox and Espn/ABC, the former rights-holder, are likely to contend.
Meanwhile, Caa Sports said Wednesday that it has formed a partnership with Gestifute to represent several soccer players and coaches, including Manchester United's Cristiano Ronaldo and coach Jose Mourinho.
