“Ted Lasso,” “Yellowjackets,” “RuPaul’s Drag Race” and Renee Rapp were just a few of the winners from the 35th annual GLAAD Media Awards, held Thursday night at the Beverly Hilton.
It’s the first of two dual ceremonies — the second happens May 11 in New York City — but we’ll go out on a limb and say it’s the best one because it’s first, and in Los Angeles (just kidding). And prior to the awards actually being handed out, the stars were out in force with some absolutely iconic looks for the Red Carpet.
Among them were Sydney Sweeney, Wayne Brady, Chlöe, Jason Sudeikis, Niecy Nash, and that’s barely a sample. Read on and see some of the best outfits and fiercest attitudes from the GLAAD Media Awards 2024.

“More than any other show I’ve ever produced in my 25 year career is closest to my heart,” Jenkins told TheWrap. “My niece and nephew were adopted as infants from China and South Korea, respectively. They’re teenagers now, but when they were coming up, there was almost no one like them on television on a regular basis, scripted or unscripted.”
“When ‘Crazy Rich Asians’ came out [in 2018] and was a smash hit, I determined this is the moment. This is the moment! I thought, ‘Okay, who are the wealthiest Asians in Los Angeles?’ And luckily,...

“Everybody looks so great. When I look around this room, I can’t help but wonder, ‘Is Ozempic right for me?’ ” joked Jimmy Kimmel while hosting the 95th Academy Awards. Of course, Kimmel was referencing Hollywood’s sweeping off-label use of the injectable diabetes drug — as well as similar drugs Mounjaro and Wegovy — to rapidly shed pounds by suppressing appetite and slowing digestion.

At its 11th annual outing, stars and power players came out en masse for Lacma’s celebrated Art+Film Gala on Saturday, Nov. 5 in Los Angeles.
A bevy of celebrities wore Gucci on the red carpet at the museum, dressed by the long-time supporter of the evening, before heading into a dinner honoring South Korean director Park Chan-wook (whose critically acclaimed Decision to Leave is South Korea’s official entry in the 2023 Oscars after snagging a best director trophy for the auteur in Cannes) and artist Helen Pashgian, a pioneering member of California’s Light and Space art movement.
The benefit — chaired once again by actor Leonardo DiCaprio and Lacma board member Eva Chow with additional support from luxury automaker Audi — last year raised a record 5 million for the museum, funds which serve both its broader mission and support Lacma’s focus on spotlighting film.

I had a great time talking to the cast of “Bling Empire.” Contrary to their TV personalities, they were sweet and excited to talk about season 3. I spent some time with Kevin Taejin Kreider, Christine Chiu, and Anna Shay as they take us behind the scenes of “Bling Empire” season 3. “Bling Empire”

Mila Kunis has made a surprise appearance on the first episode of Bling Empire’s third season.
Bling Empire is a reality show that follows “LA’s wildly wealthy Asian and Asian American fun seekers as they go all out with fabulous parties, glamour and drama”.
As the third season arrived on the streaming service, fans were shocked by an unannounced appearance from Kunis in the first episode.
In the scene, stars Gabriel and Christine Chiu are out at a restaurant discussing potential surrogate options when the 39-year-old actor appears.
Judging by the way she comes over to greet them, Kunis seems to be fairly well-acquainted with the Chius.
“I haven’t seen you in so long,” says Chiu before the Hollywood star replies: “The neighbourhood misses you.”
The group then discusses the possibility of Kunis having more children to which she quickly replies: “No we’re done! We had two,...

"Bling Empire" officially returns for season three on Oct. 5, and from the looks of it, there are plenty of surprises in store. The trailer, released on Sept. 21, features Kelly Mi Li jumping back into the dating scene, a heated conversation between Christine Chiu and Jaime Xie, and an explosive moment for Kevin Kreider and Kim Lee, during which she tells him, "You're not my type." But perhaps the most unexpected part is when Kelly's ex Andrew Gray shows up to a party that everyone, including Li, is attending.
"There's so many unpredictable moments," Li tells Popsugar of season three. "Fans are for sure going to be on the edge of their seats throughout the full season." Without giving too much away, Chiu teases, "I think fans will love and be most excited to see Kevin in couture in Paris - shirtless, of course, but nonetheless in couture and diamonds. That...

"Bling Empire" season three is on the way. The show will pick up right where season two ended, following the glamorous lives and loves of the LA socialites and focusing in on the longtime feud between stars Christine Chiu and Anna Shay, which reached a stalemate at the end of the second installment.
The official trailer, released on Sept. 21, features a confrontation between Chiu and Jaime Xie, with the latter telling Chiu, "I think you've been lying this whole time." There's also a tense moment between Kevin Kreider and Kim Lee, and a surprise guest appearance from "Selling Sunset" star Chrishell Stause. At the very end, new cast member Devon Diep makes her entrance, and Lee greets her by addressing her as someone's mysterious "ex-girlfriend."

"Bling Empire" somehow managed to outdo itself with an even messier second season. From Anna Shay and Christine Chiu's ongoing feud to Chèrie Chan and Jessey Lee's shocking exit, just about everyone had their fair share of drama this season, including newcomer Dorothy Wang.
The TV personality and entrepreneur - who previously starred on E!'s "Rich Kids of Beverly Hills" from 2014 to 2016 - decided to join the Netflix series after seeing all the comments from people telling her she should be on it. "When the first season came out, there was a lot of feedback. Everyone said, 'Why isn't Dorothy on 'Bling Empire?' and not that I was convinced by everyone, but I'm a people pleaser," Wang tells Popsugar. "Everyone just wanted to see me appear on it, and it didn't seem like it was the worst thing to do."

All that glitters isn't gold. That's how Christine Chiu would sum up the upcoming second season of Bling Empire, which she exclusively told E! News at the Hollywood Beauty Awards on March 19 that she had finished shooting "exactly two days ago." While she teased that fans can expect some "interesting" and "heartfelt stories" in future episodes, Christine—who is both a star and executive producer of the hit Netflix reality series—admitted that filming with her castmates was "not always fun" this time around. Netflix debuted a trailer for Season 4 of “Cobra Kai,” which premieres on Dec. 31.
The series takes place more than 30 years after the events of the 1984 film “The Karate Kid,” which culminated in Daniel Larusso’s (Ralph Macchio) triumph against Johnny Lawrence (William Zabka) at the All Valley Karate Tournament. Their rivalry lasts throughout the decades, but in Season 4, Daniel’s Miyagi-Do and Johnny’s Eagle Fang dojos join forces to take down the Cobra Kai dojo led by their enemy John Kreese (Martin Kove) at the All Valley Under 18 Karate Tournament.
“If Johnny and I can actually work together and we win, Cobra Kai will be out of business,” Daniel says to his wife Amanda (Courtney Henggeler) in the trailer, which you can watch below.
“You gotta take things to the next level,” Johnny says to his students. “Eagles do not respond. They swoop down and take whatever they want.
