Marisol Echegoyen is a Mexican national, fusion vocalist and composer that has been active in the music industry since 2011 in events sponsored by the CONACULTA and INBA. She has been the lead singer of notable jazz fusion bands in Mexico City, having performed at the Jazz Festival of the Institute of Fine Arts, The World Music and Dance Festival, Jazz Mondays and the International Dance Day. Marisol is lead vocalist for the band Peru Mestizo directed by Grammy winner Oscar Stagnaro. Additionally, she has performed with other Grammy winning and nominated artists like: The Zac Brown Band, Jacob Collier, Arnie Roth and Craig Hella Johnson in distinguished venues like Boston City Hall, The Fenway Park, Boston Symphony Hall, Agganis Arena and The Berklee Performance Center. Marisol had her debut as co-producer and member of the creative team for Songs Children Sing! Celebrating the Music of Aline Shader by Jenny Hersch and co-producer Alex Leiva who has worked with Phil Wilson and Wynton Marsalis. The production includes conductor Anthony Trecek-King, the Boston Children's Choir and members of the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra.
