Match #1: Nxt North American Championship – Oba Femi def. Ivar The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
Oba Femi threw down in a matchup between two of the biggest and baddest Superstars when he tangled with Ivar, but in the end it was the champion that walked out still North American Champion. The Viking Raider looked dominant early on, using his unique athleticism for his 360lb frame to stagger the champion and even crashing him through the barricade at ringside and hitting a moonsault to the outside. Femi proved his championship mettle by withstanding a Doomsault by sticking his right foot on the rope, forcing the break. Ivar went for another Doomsault...

The Price of Paradise, the latest UK original limited series from Wondery and Forest Sounds, is the astonishing true-life story of two women; the Brit who buys her own private island on the stunning Mosquito Coast of Nicaragua and the local human rights lawyer who fights to protect it, triggering a tumultuous chain of events captured in a tale blending adventure, aspiration and true crime.
Hosted by Alice Levine, the story charts back to 2000 when Jayne Gaskin, a mother of three from Hampshire, stumbles across a new website called tropicalislands.com. One advert catches her eye – for a beautiful private island, just off the coast of Nicaragua, with a surprisingly affordable price. Jayne decides to take the plunge and follow her dream of freedom - trading her village home for an off-grid paradise, complete with swaying palm trees and crystal-clear waters.

Match #1: Joe Gacy def. Shawn Spears The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
Making his first Nxt Ple appearance in more than seven years, Shawn Spears battled Joe Gacy on the Countdown to Nxt Stand & Deliver. Before Gacy could make it to the ring, Ridge Holland, who had provided analysis on the Countdown show, cracked Gacy in the back with a steel chair. Spears used Holland’s attack to his advantage, continuing to attack Gacy’s damaged back with repeated back suplexes on top of the ring apron. Gacy somehow kept fighting, hitting a wicked uranage that nearly spelled the end for Spears. After an intense back-and-forth battle,...

Apart from the brief total phase, staring bare-eyed at a solar eclipse is a bad idea. That is a known fact. Less factual, however, is the notion that giving birth during an eclipse will have serious repercussions for the baby. Certain superstitious lore suggests imminent harm for anyone whose birthday falls on or near an eclipse. Ed Hunt’s 1981 film, Bloody Birthday, takes the concept further and shows how the celestial event creates unfeeling killers.
As taboo as it is to bump off children in cinema, having them be murderers is maybe more so. Which is why Bloody Birthday and its ilk are so well liked and sought after by horror fans. The genre has visited plenty of verboten topics over the years (some with more mileage than others), but killer kids somehow never lose their novelty or shock value. Now, other films featuring a similar pitch have a tendency to be serious and concerned,...

Match #1: Nathan Frazer & Axiom def. The Lwo and Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
Nathan Frazer and Axiom are officially headed to Stand & Deliver after the dynamic duo defeated The Lwo and Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson in a Triple Threat Tag Team Match to become the No. 1 Contenders to the Nxt Tag Team Titles. The speed of Frazer and Axiom was matched by Joaquin Wilde and Cruz Del Toro, but the brute strength of Gallows and Anderson clashed with their speedy and athletic opponents. Chaos ensued when all six Superstars found themselves in the ring, and a Magic Killer to Wilde opened the door for Frazer to hit a scintillating 450 Splash to punch his team’s ticket to Stand & Deliver.

Denise Richards may have had one of the worst comebacks in Real Housewives history, but the former star isn’t ruling out another return to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
Richards held a diamond on the show for two seasons from 2019-20 and staged a shocking return last year in a guest role, where she went head-to-head with former nemesis Erika Jayne.
While Richards’ beef with Jayne divided viewers, her return to the series didn’t win her any new fans, with some even labeling her a “hot mess.”
Richards showed up with former star Camille Grammer as they attended Kyle Richards’ weed dinner.
The actress had an issue with Jayne stemming from her time on the show as a full-time cast member, but it was evident Jayne had no clue why Richards was singling her out at the dinner.

Denise Richards is not shutting down a possible return to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
In a new interview, the former Bravo star said she would consider returning to the reality series.
“I always say, ‘Never say never,'” Richards told People.
Richards joined Rhobh in Season 9 and left after only two seasons on the show. The Wild Things star recently returned as a guest in Season 13 to confront Erika Jayne over unresolved issues from the past.
“I have nothing against her at all,” Richards said of Jayne. “We’ll see what happens when they get around to going back for their season.”
The most recent season of Rhobh starred Jayne, Dorit Kemsley, Garcelle Beauvais, Crystal Kung Minkoff, Sutton Stracke, Annemarie Wiley and Kyle Richards.

Match #1: Dijak def. Shawn Spears The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
In a match with major Nxt Stand & Deliver implications, Dijak managed outlast Shawn Spears in an incredible one-on-one match between two of the brand’s best. As the two Superstars warred inside the ring, Joe Gacy appeared from under the ring and stole Spears’ signature steel chair, seemingly helping his former rival Dijak. After a brutal, hard-hitting affair, Spears went looking for his chair only to find it missing. The slight distraction gave Dijak enough time to recover and after another back and forth, he finally managed to hit Feast Your Eyes to give him the major win.

Jayne Wisener used "artistic licence" to add more background to her 'Unsinkable: Titanic Untold' character. The 36-year-old actress features in the new film – which focuses on the aftermath of the 1912 disaster – as Maggie Malloy and had to put herself in her character's shoes as there was only limited detail about her role.Speaking exclusively to Bang Showbiz, Jayne said: "I play Maggie Malloy, who is a real person, she's a senator's assistant, and she's first generation Irish. There's not a lot of information about her. So I was able to take some artistic licence and give a lot of myself to the character."I did watch half of 'Titanic' just to remind myself more of who the people were like the captain of X, Y, and Z."She continued: "And I kind of, I thought a lot about who Maggie was. And obviously, at some point, she would...

One of the distinguishing features that has propelled Mary-Louise Parker’s rise through the ranks of stage actors has been a searching quality she brings to plays such as “Proof” and “How I Learned to Drive,” as if there are other worlds beyond where she is immediately stationed and places her characters can’t reach no matter how much they extend themselves. Although Parker’s been great in films and TV, too, she’s hasn’t had the same opportunity onscreen to demonstrate her curiosity about the unknown. That becomes the main attraction of “Omni Loop,” writer-director Bernardo Britto’s melancholy time-travel drama, which stirs the kind of mixed emotions that Parker’s Zoya feels, having a week left to live and the ability to stave off the inevitable with a bottle full of blue pills that take her back five days at a time.

Unlike the Miami transit service that gives the film its title and gets from first to final stop in just 16 minutes, Omni Loop takes time to wade through its tangled thicket of set-up and draw you in. But Bernardo Britto’s near-future sci-fi — about death, time travel and the cherished gifts in life we take for granted while pursuing that elusive something more — sneaks up on you. The same goes for the expertly synced performances of Mary-Louise Parker, bringing her characteristic flinty authenticity to a role that could easily have drowned in quirk, and Ayo Edebiri, demonstrating once again that she’s in the top tier of emerging American actors.
In a brief prologue, a 12-year-old girl (Riley Elise Fincher-Foster) stumbles upon a bottle of pills in the greenest of fields. “You’re gonna do incredible things one day,” a voice in her head tells her. “You’re gonna change the world.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 13 reunion continues on Bravo Wednesday night with Part 2 of the special, and Erika Jayne is opening up about her experience.
During the first part of the reunion, Kyle Richards and Dorit Kemsley argued back and forth, with Jayne in the middle of her two co-stars. The situation was seemingly uncomfortable, and Jayne noted that her outfit helped make it look more dramatic.
“The couch is small, first of all, [and] we’re really kind of stacked in there,” Jayne told Deadline. “And then to see [them] having this conversation, and my shoulder pads, my ponytail, I literally had to be like… I felt like Homer Simpson in the hedge,” she said, referencing The Simpsons meme of Homer backing into a hedge.

Early on in the season, Kemsley asked Richards about any marital issues before the subject became a storyline with the rest of the group.

A not-so-fetch joke has been removed from the “Mean Girls” (2024) movie musical for its digital release.
The quip in question seemingly referred to original 2004 “Mean Girls” star Lindsay Lohan as “fire crotch,” a callback to an infamous TMZ paparazzi video in which socialite Brandon Davis made comments about Lohan’s body.
In the new “Mean Girls,” rapper Megan Thee Stallion — playing herself — uses the term to reference Lohan. The scene comes in the final moments of the film during a prom sequence, where Stallion, tells the new Cady Heron (Angourie Rice; Lohan was the Og Cady): “We are going back red. Y2K fire crotch is back!”
The updated cut for streaming and VOD release now has Stallion solely saying, “We are going back to red” — you can watch the re-edited version here.
Paramount did not immediately respond to IndieWire’s request for comment on this story.

“Mean Girls” (2024) directors Samantha Jayne and Arturo Perez Jr. turned to current teenagers to get a sense of what the ruthless social food chain of high school can be like now versus the early 2000s, when Tina Fey’s first iteration of “Mean Girls” hit theaters.
They connected with the teens at a three-day workshop with theater kids in Canada.
“We would help them with their monologues and then at the end, they felt like they could really talk about it,” Jayne told TheWrap. “Kids are really nice to each other’s faces now, because the s–t all goes down on here [points to phone]. Oh, my god, does it go down. And it happens fast, and it’s huge and explosive. The way kids are mean to each other now, it’s interesting.”
The pair also spoke with Perez Jr.’s drama teacher, who he had kept in touch with for many years.

For Mean Girls, the movie musical remake of the beloved 2004 comedy, director Arturo Perez Jr. and Samantha Jayne went back to high school. Literally.
The film was shot on location at a shuttered all girl Catholic school in New Jersey. In lieu of trailers, talent — which includes Rene Rapp, Angourie Rice, Tina Fey, Auli’i Cravalho, and Jaquel Spivey — would partition off classrooms, while production offices were in homeroom, and the Covid compliance team posted up the old nurse’s office.
“We tried to make it feel like a camp,” Perez tells The Hollywood Reporter of the set-up. “Especially, with so much pressure that they were putting on themselves from the cultural zietgiest. We wanted to keep it safe and happy and just positive.”
Any pressure stems from the realities of re-imagining the beloved comedy written by Fey that, among certain demographics, barreled towards cult classic status in record time with instantly recognizable one-liners.

You don’t get to plan when you’ll get a life-changing email.
For “Mean Girls” directors Arturo Perez Jr. and Samantha Jayne, the missive that would ultimately lead to their feature directorial debut came at a particularly tough time for them. It opens with energy and smarts to spare. Picture this: perpetual franchise breakouts Janis and Damian are guiding us (their already captive audience) through what’s to come, care of a fourth wall-breaking, high-energy musical sequence centered around the tantalizingly-named banger “A Cautionary Tale.” This tale is, of course, all about young Cady Heron, an awkward (but endearing) teenager who is about to move from Kenya (not Kentucky) to a suburban high school and get her life utterly rocked by the social mores of American teenagehood.
Somewhere, someone who doesn’t even go here is yelling, “This isn’t your mother’s ‘Mean Girls’!,” but actually, it mostly is, now just with song and dance. When “Mean Girls” went to the stage in 2017, it was aided immeasurably by persistence of vision: Tina Fey, who had initially adapted a non-fiction parenting book to make her 2004 teen hit, also penned the book that would bring the,...

The cast of the current “Rhobh” — Kyle Richards, Erika Jayne, Dorit Kemsley, Garcelle Beauvais, Sutton Stracke, Crystal Kung Minkoff and Annemarie Wiley — were asked about a potential Vanderpump return during their panel on Sunday.
“Would any of you like to see Lisa come back?” a fan asked during the Q&a portion.
“I mean I think she’s great television. She’s obviously an amazing businessperson. But I think there’s probably some unfinished business and I think she was really great on the show. But it was before my time,...

Kyle Richards broke down in tears at “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” BravoCon panel on Sunday while talking about her marital difficulties with husband Mauricio Umansky and the impact on their family.
“We’re family no matter what happens, and we are a very strong family unit. [Mauricio] was busy doing ‘Dancing With the Stars’ and he wasn’t around as much, but we’re just trying to figure it out. We love each other and…” she said, before becoming overcome with emotion and mouthing the words “I’m sorry” to moderator Zuri Hall. The audience then chanted her name in support, which you can see below:

Dorit Kemsley was in top form during the Season 13 premiere of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” where she clapped back at castmate Erika Jayne in her confessional with absolutely savage reads.
In one scene, Jayne credited her weight loss due to hormones.
“Is hormones spelled O-z-e-m-p-i-c?” Kemsley asked in her solo confessional, referring to the popular weight loss drug. (Jayne denies taking Ozempic.)
Later, Kemsley confronted Jayne over comments Jayne made at BravoCon 2022. When asked “Which Bravolebrity relationship is headed to Splitsville next?” Jayne declared, “Dorit and [husband] Pk.”
Jayne claimed she was a “showman” who was giving the audience what they wanted. Kemsley mocked Jayne’s answer voice and said, “That’s not a showman. That’s a b—h.”
Her responses went viral on social media but there’s one person Kemsley hasn’t heard from: Jayne.

Richards and Mellencamp looked shocked as they heard the news. “I didn’t, I haven’t, I have not seen that,” Richards said stuttering. She added, “That came out today? I did not see.”

Sutton Stracke has been a fan favorite since joining The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in Season 10. As Season 13 begins, Deadline talked to the Bravo star and she spilled the tea on her thoughts about Lisa Rinna not being on the show anymore, how the group dynamics have changed since her departure and where she stands with Erika Jayne and Crystal Minkoff.
One thing that Stracke is known for is for asking questions and the reality TV personality and entrepreneur knows that about herself.
“I do ask questions a lot because if I see something weird, that I think is out of character for someone, I’m going to ask — I can’t help myself,” she told us. “My mother is a psychotherapist. So all she did was ask me questions constantly. I think I just learned to ask questions about personality.”

“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” returns Wednesday with one noticeable cast change: no more Lisa Rinna.
The polarizing actress, who was a cast member on the Bravo series since Season 6, sent an email to production announcing her departure from the show in September 2022 — a screenshot of which is shown in the Season 13 premiere. Rinna’s departure was publicly announced in January 2023.
“My friend is gone,” Jayne says in the season premiere. “We’ll see what happens…”
TheWrap caught up with Jayne just before the season premiere and asked her how things have changed since Rinna’s departure.
“We just saw each other over the weekend,” Jayne said. “We’re still close friends.” When pressed about how’s Rinna’s exit affected her relationship with her remaining castmates going into the new season, Jayne replied, “It’s something I’m working on. I wouldn’t necessarily call all of them ‘friends.

The Gallus boys used the numbers game to their advantage as Wolfgang and Mark Coffey dominated the in-ring action while Joe Coffey ran interference on the outside. British Strongstyle proved to be too much as their tandem offense planted Coffey and gave them the win, only for Gallus to attack them after the match. Science fiction fans remember the last four months of 2002 as a blessed but bedeviled time. "Firefly" became a 14-episode phenomenon, dead in the water before the season ended, but eternal in the hearts of its viewers. Their passion managed the impossible, reviving the show for a big-screen send-off in "Serenity" and several canonical comic book miniseries. To this day, crafters knit their own loving reconstructions of Jayne's remarkably orange hat. A Malcolm Reynolds -- or five -- can be found at any Sf convention, or recreated in video games by players aiming to misbehave.

Erika Jayne, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, was sued on Tuesday by Marco Marco fashion designer Christopher Psaila.
Psaila is bringing federal charges against Jayne for an alleged 2015-2016 credit scheme involving costumes and designs that she said were never delivered. He has accused the reality star of using her former husband’s Secret Service connections to maliciously reverse almost $1 million in credit card charges by claiming they were fraudulent, despite not doing due diligence.
In addition to noting Jayne’s now ex-husband, Tom Girardi, and three Secret Service agents, Psaila also named American Express and one of its employees, Peter Grimm, as defendants for aiding and abetting the malicious prosecution charge. He has accused the company of neglecting the case and denying Psaila the chance to refute the reversal.

Erika Jayne was sued in federal court Tuesday by Marco Marco fashion designer Christopher Psaila. The designer says the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star used her husband’s Secret Service connections to swindle back nearly a million dollars in credit-card charges that were actually legitimate.
In court documents obtained by TheWrap, Psaila alleges that Jayne’s now-estranged husband Tom Girardi conspired with three Secret Service agents – Robert Savage, Steve Scarince and Kenneth Henderson – to maliciously prosecute Psaila.
The Marco Marco designer says the defendants leveraged their connections, including an American Express employee, to get $800,000-$900,000 in charges reversed by falsely claiming they were fraudulent without doing due diligence.
Psaila says Girardeau used his friendship with Scarince – then-head of the Secret Service in Los Angeles – and Savage to get charges made from 2015-2016 returned, even though the costumes, designs and other items had been delivered. American Express ultimately refunded Jayne...

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne denied that her dramatic weight loss is due to Ozempic use. Instead, she is claiming that she lost weight because she is going through menopause.
In Watch What Happens Live, Jayne told Andy Cohen that she is “going through menopause” after he commented that she looked like a “whisper of herself.”
Before going into detail, Jayne prefaced the conversation by stating she wanted to be sensitive about the topic for any of the viewers who are experiencing an eating disorder.

Jayne is referencing her co-star Crystal Kung Minkoff, who has been public about her current battle with bulimia.

Lyra Valkyria was able to prove WWE Women’s World Champion right as she got her groove back and defeated Jacy Jayne in a bitter grudge match. Before the bell could even ring, Jayne pounced on Valkyria and tossed her through her entrance smoke and brutalized her before the referee could step in. Jayne looked poised to once again walk out with the win, but Valkyria dug deep and channeled the fighting spirit of her Irish ancestors, put Jayne flat on her back, and hit a perfect diving splash to earn the victory.
My Score: 3 out of 5 Match #2: Dijak def. Eddy Thorpe The following is courtesy of wwe.com:...

Match #1: Blair Davenport def. Roxanne Perez The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
The reign of terror from Blair Davenport will continue as she defeated former Nxt Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez convincingly. The tenacity and ferociousness of Davenport were evident as the British Superstar tossed Perez around the ring, but Perez did manage to counter a superplex into a crossbody. Perez continued to fight back, but her attempt to take out Davenport on the outside backfired as she was sent face-first into the steel ring steps. That spelled the beginning of the end as moments later Davenport was able to hit Perez with a pair of crushing knee strikes that ended the match.

The Lake is a Canadian Prime Video original that takes the audience through the cottage culture of the Canadians and their summertime ritual of bringing people together to live as a community. The eight-episode show created by Julian Doucet is more than just a coming-of-age story. It talks about family bonding, making new friends, resolving old conflicts, and rediscovering yourself.
The Lake begins with a teenager, Billie, forced to spend time with her long-absent birth father, Justin, who is visiting Canada after a hiatus in Australia. Both have their reasons for being with each other. They initially do not get along because it is their first meeting. Thanks to Billie’s amazing parents, she was made aware of her adoption at a young age. Justin joins this trip with his baggage. Justin is gay, and a recent divorcee, and his trip back home is his way to not just spend...

Kathy Hilton will not be returning to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 13 after being featured on the show as a “friend of.”
Hilton has appeared throughout the show’s history as she is the older sister of cast member Kyle Richards and former housewife Kim Richards. However, Hilton became an official cast member when she was prominently featured in a recurring manner in Season 11 and Season 12.
The socialite is not leaving reality shows or the NBCU family as she will be featured in the second season of her daughter’s show on Peacock.
“No, I’m doing Paris in Love,” she told E! News when asked if she would be coming back to Rhobh‘s upcoming season.
Although Hilton won’t be in Season 13 of the long-running show, she only had good things to say adding, “I know it’s going to be great. It’s always interesting...

RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars winner Shea Couleé hosts her own podcast with Chicago designer Tiger Lily called It’s Giving Fashion, where the two fashion experts give their opinion on all things clothes and accessories. The two recently opened up about some of their fashion icons from the Real Housewives empire, as well as those whose looks could use some improvement.

Shea Couleé’s skills as a seamstress and designer were on display during her run on RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars. The “Collide” singer received a degree in costume design, so her eye — and hand — for fashion shouldn’t come as a surprise.
Tiger Lily, meanwhile, is a talented designer herself. She’s also a member of Maison Couleé, Shea Couleé’s drag house in Chicago consisting of other members including Bambi Banks-Couleé,...
